As someone who is fighting cancer, I can tell you a lot of people do care about the amount of protein they get. When you have cancer, you lose weight, and muscle mass. I live on protein drinks now. These do look disgusting, and don't really have enough protein to make a difference anyways. Their bars are good, they should stick with those.
I’m sorry you are fighting cancer. My mom had cancer, but she never had to worry about protein.
Sounds good
You and Kevin make a great power couple. Love the both of you.
Thanks so much 🥰🥰
I am going to pass on both of these. They don’t sound or look good at all.
Thank you so much for alerting and sharing with us. You saved many of us from buying t(em.
Enjoy your day and evening.😊😊
That’s a good decision!
these look ok would go for the chocolate chip out of the two, shame they didn’t taste better though
I will never buy them again.
Thanks for saving me a buy!
I’m glad this helped!
As they say in Texas, "El Paso".
😄
Lol, I packed the berry in my daughter's lunch a few weeks ago. She says, please don't pack that in my lunch again, 😅😅. Great video❤❤😊😊
😂
😂😂 Poor thing!
Thanks for the review. As a gastric bypass patient I have to get in 80 grams of protein a day. 6 grams is hardly any protein lol Nothing to brag about. I would rather have a Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with 12 grams of protein and a regular Nutri Grain bar.
I totally understand. The yogurt is so much better anyway 😃
Wow. I expected these to be an easy win. Glad I didn’t pick them up. Thanks for the review and saving me money!
I know! I was so surprised!
Pity these didn’t hit the mark. Thanks for the review.
No worries!
These disappointed me as well. Mine were barely chewable and just lacked much flavor. Dry and on the dull side. All I tried was the strawberry variety but that was enough
I understand!
Ugh I have no idea why every brand feels the need to brag about their products protein content whenever it has more than one gram of protein per serving. I bet nutrigrain made these using the crumbs left on their factories’ conveyer belts and needed someway to sell them lol
😂😂
Lol... I hate it when they say a "good source of protein" and then it's only 5g or something. Eat a yogurt for less cals and more protein lol
I know 😂😂
You lost me at rancid! 😂 These wouldn’t stand out to me if I saw them in store. I don’t think they even look appealing! You guys are right, there are so many other bars/snacks that are better. Thanks for your honest review.
You are so welcome 🤗
I feel like every spinoff they make for the Nutri Grain brand stinks. Their "crumb cakes" were a disgrace!
And extra protein is a plus to me, but 6 grams is absolutely nothing to brag about.. Lol!
Their normal bars are great. They should just stick with selling what they're good at.
I guess I’m just fortunate. I have never been told I need more protein, but these companies sure do think it’s important.
@@TamiDunn Well these in particular seem to be more for kids, so I can assume they’re trying to appeal to active athletes maybe?
For me though that’s not the case haha. I haven’t been eating meat or fish, so I try to find protein in sources I’m more willing to eat, like yogurt or tofu. 👍
Swing and a miss. They don’t even look appealing at all.
I really don’t see them being around long.
