- ATTENTION When I made this video I only had/have a few hundred hours in the game. I did not understand how freehand stability works. many people say the base will decay and it's true because the stability isnt at 78% with the free hand! My alignment is is too far away so it doesn't connect to the base!
I went back and watch @aloneintokyo videos to bring you this amazing floor stacked, open core, invisible turret pod base design. This was incredibly difficult for me because I am not a great builder. I had to slow down and pause ever second I could in order to reconstruct his base frame by frame! I have a broken thumb on my mouse hand so apologies for my mistakes!

Im sorry for not understanding the game when making the video! Sorry for all who suffered!

I build the base on a 2x server but my corners that aren't connected to the tc at the start decayed. (now the base is fckd xd) How can I solve this problem?

impressiv to rebuild a base like this from a gameplay video! I did this once with a far less complicated base from another streamer and it was pain in the a** :D :D

@@BooBooMushu TO answer your question, when you save it on builders sanc click on public and it should give u the code for people to enter and loot at it, if this isnt clear enough just look in google "how to make builders sanc builds public and get code", hope this clears some up
@@BooBooMushu build it , save it , and when you go to save, theres should be a "public" option , and a 5 digit base code that you would pass here , like 5CF9B kinda .

I did this with his floorstack triangle open core build aswell as his floorstack pyramid. Seriously insane rust player. I understand the intro to this video on another level for sure 😂. Some will never understand the dedication.

I build his pyramid and somewhat defended against 6 players solo but in the end got raided. Mid raid i transfered some loot from upstairs to tc room and in the end they never even went up the 2 ladder hatches lmao.

I have a question for you chad builders out there. How the fuck do I find such a large amount of perfectly flat building area? I know I could build this on an ice lake, or a shallow area off the coast.. but with a footprint this big I’m having a ton of trouble finding viable land. My concern is that anything besides a perfectly flat football field sized patch of land will cause problems down the line when building in live. I don’t mind the struggle and having to experiment with trial and error - but any insight or tips y’all could share with me on what I should be looking for when prospecting land and ways to manage complex builds on less than perfectly flat tabletops would be massively appreciated.

also this is a base that realistically only experienced builders can pull off outside a build server so theres no need to do the repetitive tasks just do one and then show the rest at a aerial pov

would suggest only placing your SAM turrets on the side of the base that faces military base. have gone back and done similar to build his previous bases, but this one was just too much for me, glad to have found the video. i dont think i will ever get an online in this one though, and the cost is pretty high. need to convince a friend to come farm for me :D
hidden trick w/ stopping mlrs attacks is to have launch site inbetween you and mil base, as launch fucks the mlrs
I was unsure as to how many he placed. i could really only see 1 1/2 of his compound so i just tried to mirror it. but that makes a lot of sense

For anyone wondering, yes you can build this on console. However, the free building is incredibly challenging on a controller and will require you to set your deadzones to 50 during precise movements. Good luck, it took me nearly 2 hours to build on a build server.

i also spent a few hours copying this base before i realised other people had already done it 😭its very solid and definitely worth trying but there's a slight lack of storage space and moving in and out of the core is a bit tedious just as a heads up. you did a great job with the replication ty for uploading this
Tokyo tends to spread his loot out amongst his bedrooms in lockers and small boxes. It really is just scattered around his entire base and each box has a purpose. Pretty unconventional compared to other play styles.
Yeah, its a solo base for sure. It is a little tight, but he does have boxes spread out all over the place that I did not show. Thank you for watching!

First of all amazing recreation! Second: I might be wrong, but the way this is stacked, there is almost no floor stacking. Certainly the core is not floor stacked. You can achieve this if you offset the hight of the entrence modules from the core. Also if you then remove the doors on in the air on first floor connecting them to the core. This way the core and the corners-modules are on one TC and the three entrence modules on another. Saves upkeep, and you can do so much more with the floorstacking. Please correct me if this is not a better way of building it.

parts of the base decays is it supposed to be line that (the floor stacking side decays all 3 of them and they only decay when u upgrade to stone bc when u keep it thatch it doesnt bc it takes up more space

yeah i had the exact same issue. had too move twice and i cant seem to fix it
hmmm i havent run into that issue, maybe have to pull the freehand a smidge closer to the base so the door frames connect the base? ill look into it
Same issue, I made it to up to setting the large batteryu in the top sealed room when I heard stone degrading went down and watched all 3 offsets slowly fall down.....
Try again a bit closer, 2 of 3 i build corectly first try but one corner i had the same problem.
When you bild door frame and 2 triangle to check, remove square foundation first and the door frame should stay on the base.
If its removed then its wrong.

10/10 for the recreation, would be better 11/10 if for unexperienced people building this base to make the pogression of the base better, ie getting down 2nd floor of core first, focusing on securing shell asap as 40% of the base being done still leaves tc to one 1 wall. otherwise no complaints and an absolute banger vid

just finished building it myself, a few parts that were not shown i put together myself from two other bases from aloneintokyo.
i've been using his "old" open core floorstack for 3 wipes now and it was the nicest thing ever, once you get used to it and fuck with the design.

you don't need to make it as "expensive" as it is with his final state, in general the base is relatively fucking cheap for the illegal power it has

I think its probaby too expensive, just make sure when youre connecting the freehand . the walls say 78 or 79% or it will decay
@@BooBooMushu Yeah man price is no issue we get around 200k metal within a day or so of raids. Will make sure the freehands are on point!

hmmm. might have to bring it slightly closer to the building. Do you have the walls on the freehand foundations connected to the tc walls? It will decay if its only the foundation

if you want it to connect you have to build out a half moon from yout main base and connect it with wall frames i believe. I havent tried connecting to main base

yeah that is a mystery to me, all i know is he uses rust+ in order to turn his on and off so that might be the key.

Hate to say it but the roof stacking method at 2:40 is not working for me :(
did the base on vanilla but the squares are decayng...
2 months ago till now ive build it 6 times and defended 5 raids, where 2 squares are without foundation u can place shotgun traps under doorway ,op spot.
So what is the point of the gapped walls and missing foundations? Is it to let the turrets be able to shoot inwards? Or to be able to peek from the ground level?
The gaps are for peeks. being able to shoot down if the get in. the missing foundations allow you to put a refinery, maybe help with build cost. not 100% sure. im a new builder
why is the freehand decaying? on my base

@@BooBooMushu yes, buddy. I`ve seen your previous video, but it`s big difference. Cause here we have 2 triangles (1 near the door and 1 that we try to connect to first triangle by touch tips). In previous video - simple squares without connections. My first problem is that I can't find the right position so that the triangle starts to light up in blue. It's still red and shows the error "Placing through rock" (19:15). And my second problem is that even after a different placement of this triangle, I can't figure out what the landmark of the sight is when setting the square at 20:07. I don't have such a sight if I'm holding a building plan or a hammer in my hands. And if I take a rifle, the sight is much larger in size. Thank you, and I'm sorry for my English

that many turrets are not working on vanilla... there must be something wrong!
You can see on AIT video they are also not working. AIT used rust plus to decide what turrets to turn on and off depending on what needs defending
