When we were just selling clothing a year or so back I remember listing a huge backlog of jeans, it drove me insane with all the repetitive measuring checking etc, but the returns were great, you are right about the mens stuff selling easier than the women, plus women tend to return more stuff which is a pain in the neck :)
I have photographed all this and will get it on today, the tricky thing is not getting things confused, and making sure you update everything on the template, will be fun. You wait till I get out my retro games and football shirts in the next week or so, then you will see some value ;) Enjoyed the talk you and Tom did.
Can't wait to see the retro stuff, I wish I was doing videos back when we closed down the gaming shop, I had so much stock it filled the garage, I made a killing on the retro stuff... ahhh happy days :)
Props to you my friend I have over 20 pairs of Levi's jeans as well. The only jeans that I wear, actually everyone in my family wears Levi's the only person that doesn't is my sister.
I wear 511's as well but my favorite is the 522 slim taper. And you can never go wrong with 501's now that they have the 501 CT. The CT is pretty much the 522 and 501 blended together which equals perfection. Oh also I don't know about the Levi's in the UK but here in the states they changed the cuts so now the 511 is the slim fit and 510 are the skinny jeans, which means that there is no more super skinny jeans.
Best way is to check the inside label, which has the silver stitching with the words diesel written into it, very small and hard to see but there, I have never seen a fake pair able to even get close to being able to recreate that. . ruclips.net/video/yeRpbJAhBd0/видео.htmlm26s
hi it really varies, normally up to about £5 for 501s but obviously like to get cheaper. however if they are in great condition or really decent Diesel jeans have paid up to £25, so hard to put a figure on it as it's different depending on brand, size condition etc.

Hey dude, that's quite a collection! I saw a pair of mens Levi 503's with the cinch back for £8 in a shop earlier today, i ended up passing on them because they looked slightly worn, how much does general wear effect saleability?
503's come in a few different styles, some better sellers than others. To be honest always check the crotch zip and buttons, if that is all ok, people are usually pretty forgiving about a bit of wear to the knees, a bit of fading and hems a bit worn, I tend to cut off loose threads on the hems to neaten the jeans up. Obviously the better condition they are the easier to sell, but a bit of wear wont mean they are useless.
Thanks, from what i remember they were light wash, 32 waist, with the "belt" on the back/bum area, i got spooked by a few scuffs on the back pockets, im just dipping my toe into clothing right now so im asking a lot of questions :3
Luke Schabel-Hughes to be honest you are better off starting with things you are happy with selling, I think picking up jeans in better condition that you know will sell is a much better starting place, if they were £2 at a carbootsale worth picking up but £8 you were ok to walk away I would say!
diesel is crap,overpriced and "hard to get".thats their pitch,making it hard to find,well you can keep em..and btw 200 dollar jeans are to be reserved for actually good jean

Diesels are much better of quality.. I wear any pair of them at least 2-3 years. Levi's - 1 year.
