Hi, Im planning to do bachelors in nursing and ive recieved offers from unis in canberra and adelaide, I’ve received a very good scholarship from uni if canberra, which city would be more apt and worth living in for straight 3 years? Kindly reply, thanks. You are doing a great job tho 👏
Hi there! Congratulations on your offers and the scholarship from the University of Canberra! 🎉 When choosing between Canberra and Adelaide, consider that the scholarship from Canberra can significantly reduce your expenses, although the cost of living there is generally higher, especially for housing. Adelaide offers a more affordable lifestyle with beautiful beaches and a vibrant arts scene, which might make your budget stretch further over the three years. Both universities have strong nursing programs, so it’s important to look into the specific curricula and clinical placement opportunities each offers. If you prefer a more active, cosmopolitan environment and the financial support from the scholarship is a priority, Canberra could be a great choice. However, if you favor a more relaxed and budget-friendly lifestyle, Adelaide might be the better fit for you. Best of luck! 👏😊
Please make a video no can we manage our next sem fees by ourself? I plan for masters in food technology at RMIT University and fees per sem around 16000 aus dollar..
Hi there, sure. Thanks for the suggestion. It’s definitely challenging, but not impossible. Many students manage their fees through a combination of part-time work and budgeting. The key is planning ahead, finding flexible jobs, and staying disciplined with your expenses. I’ll dive deeper into how it’s done in a future video!
Which city has the opportunity for business analyst Melbourne or Sydney, and if I'm planning for a master's in business analyst at Macquarie University or Deakin University, which university will be better?
Heyy! I’ve received my CoE for the same course from Macquarie a few weeks back and to answer this from university point of view, both universities are really good! Practically inclined and highly reputed! So, Its really your choice! As for jobs, im not sure which city is better. Hope this helps
I agree! For jobs, both cities are good and have their pros and cons. Melbourne is more liveable but you might find more jobs in Sydney. But Sydney is very expensive and its getting crowded. But Sydney's weather is the best. So its a trade off.
@@mithunrox18 its upto the university wether they want to take an interview or not. In my case, i prepared for one but there was no interview, but its better to prepare! Good luck
I am planning to pursue a master in Information technology in Deakin this February. Just out of curiosity, I want to know if the tech industry there is at least a 50% friendly to fresh graduates with no prior experience. I mean is it at possible to get a job as a software engineer or IT consultant or business analyst within 6 to 9 months after graduation having a strong skillset.
Pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology at Deakin University is a great choice, and the tech industry in Melbourne is generally welcoming to fresh graduates, with many companies actively seeking new talent. With a strong skillset, including proficiency in key programming languages and relevant projects, securing a position as a software engineer, IT consultant, or business analyst within 6 to 9 months after graduation is definitely achievable. I would suggest that if you want to enhance your chances, engage in internships or part-time roles during your studies, build a solid professional network, utilize Deakin’s career services, and showcase your work through a portfolio. By leveraging these strategies and staying proactive in your job search, you should be well-positioned to enter the tech industry successfully.
ERP has decent scope in Australia, especially in major cities. However, the market can be competitive, and while roles like ERP consultants and project managers are in demand, having relevant experience and certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is key. It may support pathways to PR if it aligns with Australia's skills shortage list, but it’s crucial to stay updated on immigration laws as they frequently change.
@@priyanka_saluja Uni Melbourne Data analytics course duration is of 1 year. And I'm a bit confused or rather I am in a doubt that will I cover everything in 1 year? Healthcare (e.g., nurses, medical practitioners), Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical), ICT (software engineers, ICT business analysts), Construction, and Education (teachers and university lecturers). These fields align with country's focus on critical services, digital infrastructure, and development projects as far as I am understanding. But do your own research.
@@priyanka_saluja Thanks a lot! I have offers from UTS, Deakin, Griffith and Latrobe for Masters of Finance. I am hoping to get into one from UTS and Deakin.🤞
Hey Priyanka, I found your channel very informative. Thankyou! Can you suggest courses around Finance with relevant demand in jobs? Considering finance is out of the list in NSW and not on any of the priority sector. Also, can you share which occupation with which you got your PR?
Hey, thank you so much for the support! I’m glad you find my channel helpful. 😊 In terms of finance courses, you could look into Business Analytics or Accounting, as they often align with the skills shortage list, and there’s still good demand in sectors like consulting and tech. Since finance isn't currently prioritized in NSW, these options might provide more opportunities. For my PR, I went through the Business Analyst occupation and also moved to Canberra. It was on the skills list when I applied, and it helped me secure PR.
Hello, I am majoring in Bachelor of Business in Information Systems at James Cook University. After graduation I want to work as a business analyst. Is it possible after bachelor?? If yes then what should I do?? And what would you do if you were in my place?? Edit: I am in my first semester
You can easily get a full-time as a business analyst after doing bachelors here. Do everything I talked about in this video. Apply jobs, get rejected, get better, work on your soft skills, get better at excel and power BI.
Hey! It's not absolutely necessary to learn Australian slang before coming here, but it definitely helps! Knowing common phrases like 'arvo' (afternoon), 'Macca’s' (McDonald's), and 'no worries' makes it easier to connect with locals and understand conversations better. Plus, it can be fun and shows you’re open to the culture. But don’t worry-most people are friendly, and you’ll pick it up as you go!
