Not speaking about product quality but the marketing and public relation department of this company is the very pure definition of trash. They are so used to using the connection with Vietnamese authority to do shady practices including censoring and even threatening customers about their valid responses about their product. They also force their employees to buy their vehicles or else risk losing their jobs. It's so sad that how a large amount Vietnam's resource and reputation being wasted and damaged by this unethical company.
Vinfast didn't even managed to sell many cars at all.
I asked a friend working at a big automotive component supplier, they supplied to Vinfast too, but he said actual orders from them practically near non existant😂

@@JimsonsHome I don't really comprehend what you are talking about, but the fact that the amount of money invested in VFS stock has nearly tripled in my bank account this morning in just over one week clearly proved everybody is wrong about VFS!
@@JimsonsHome Shorting is a big mistake people made in this case. I have done some research on this company for quite a while. I have NEVER seen anything like this before, to be honest with you. It has been the easiest stock so far to make big money in over one week. It's like "Money does grow on trees". For every $200 K invested in "traditional" way, I have earned only 2.5% in return after a few months, but the money invested in VFS stock has nearly tripled in my bank account in just over one week! OMG, unbelievable!

Goes to show how easy American are willing to be tricked. Not many get to see inside their plant because there is nothing to see. Straight shipment from China, that's why. So in Vietnam their biggest seller is the EV scooters, there was numerous nightmare stories such as one where this woman paid for her 14/15 years old son a monthly battery swap subscription -- where if you are out of battery just go to the nearest Vinfast hub to swap out-- one day in the middle of the road some 6 miles away from home the electric scooter was bricked and couldn't function, the kid had to walk all the way home with a non functioning scooter. When later when she called up, the company said sorry--- that shutoff was meant for someone else. Never was a sorry or compensation for their mistakes...

They are building a plant in North Carolina not South Carolina. They haven't even broke ground yet. They were supposed to start breaking ground 2 months ago. This company is going nowhere. On a high note Puts is going to fill my bank account.

I have kept an eye on this company and its products for quite a while. It has gained over 800% since the market debut from $10/share to $82/share today. Some people said its stock would fizzle out in a few weeks after the deal closes just like the those of de-Spac IPOs including Rivian and Lucid. Here is the truth! While Rivian and Lucid had no actual products before their de-Spac IPOs, Vinfast did. In fact, Vinfast EVs are of great quality and safety standards. Personally, fire incidents are the biggest problem of EVs. Many EVs including Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Nikola, Canoo, Mercedes-Benz, BYD, XPeng, Nio, Polestar, and Volvo have all caught fire. However, it has caught my attention that there has been NO report on any of the Vietnamese made EVs catching fire or exploding until now. Go figure! EVs are supposed to be environmentally friendly, but up to 40,000 gallons of water is needed to put out a fire in an electric car like Tesla and other EVs. Also, I have watched the VF8 videos of RUclipsr Kim Java test driving a VF8 for a whole week, not just a few hours, with her family including her 3 little kids in the EV. Kim Java' VF8 videos in fact proved VF8 is a family/kid friendly electric SUV, and the driving range of VF8 is 264 miles! Of course, the Vinfast stories don't end there. Car specialist Sandy Munro said publicly in one of his VF8 videos, "At the end of the day people would be happy with what VF8 offered."
