Is this going to be a habitable space? If so it might be worth taking a step back and rethinking insulation and moisture control. You'll save yourself a lot of time in the long run and whilst I see there is a timescale for works that kind of stuff will come back to bite you unless sorted at these stages. Good luck.

Did you think about getting the wood impregnated? Otherwise it will tear apart in a couple of years, especially from the bottom towards up. What kind of insulation are you about to put in the flooring section?

8 min video to put up 7 bits of wood. There is no chance you are finishing this in 15 days if you carry on at this rate. unless your planning on moving in a half built 'house'
This is voice over B roll footage. It’s not actually progressing that quick but the channel building is- gaining500- 1000 subs a day. This’ll take months to finish but be clean/ dry by January 1. The build will only get slower cause he’s going to come up against some shortcuts he’s made. Interesting building nonetheless.

Did this place get building permission? I see so many issues. No insulation, No room for insulation. Sure you can build a garden room as crappy as you like but you cannot make a living space out of it.
Get a camping toilet.
Why on earth are you putting up stud walls before you have completed insulation, floor, ceilings and walls? You are making work for yourself.
