Also while battling Bhishma and Parshuram also used the Brahmastra which were then engulfed by Lord Shiva as it may have annihilated the world itself.
Pashupatastra is said to be even more power ful astra than Bhramastra, which was granted to Arjuna by Lord Shiva himself.

Actually Zeus killed Asclepius because he became so skilled in his medicine, that he could bring the dead back to life. This angered hades who went to Zeus and told him that this unbalanced the natural order between life and death. Zeus then killed Asclepius, but then Asclepius was brought back to life as a god of medicine.

Mjölnir in norse mythology could be picked up by litelarry anyone strong enough. One such example is written in one saga when a mountain giant Thrym stole it while Thor was sleeping. Thor had to disguise himself as Freya to retrieve his hammer and kill the thief (Thrym would return Mjölnir if gods would allow him to marry her). The story that “Mjölnir could be wielded only by those worthy” was made up by marvel. Yes, it was incredibly heavy and almost impossible for anyone to use (even Thor himself had to wear magic belt and iron glove, which increased his already unbelievable strenght, to be able to hold it), but it didn’t matter what kind of personality you had.

The most famous representation I can think of is Sephiroth's Masamune from Final Fantasy 7, in which he famously uses it to impale and murder the innocent, undeserving Aeris. • @paulj6805

Gwyn is actually izanagi from Shinto myth. Look at the family tree, you got Tsukyomi the moon god as Gwyndolin, Amaterasu the sun goddess as Gwynevere, and Susanoo the storm god (who was banished btw) as the Nameless King.
Also, this makesthe Witch of Izalith Izanami, which sounds similar. She was Izanagis wife until she went crazy and got trapped in the underworld. She had 8 kids and a child with blistering boils said to represent the end of days.

I personally find the Gae Bolg to be the most amazing weapon and one I'd like to earn the right to wield, being properly trained to unleash it's full potential just as Scathach or Cu Chulainn could do. As the Barbed Spear that pierces with Death or as I see it, the spear of reverse casualty/Spear of Fate. This thing, NO, rather this LEGENDARY SPEAR can change the laws of cause and effect where normally, "The spear is thrust, the heart is pierced." to "The heart is pierced, the spear is thrust."
This thing can always hit the opponent's heart once it's power is activated by calling it's NAME.
Don't get me started on if I could actually be well trained enough to throw it like Cu did in legend. "Soaring Spear That Strikes with Death" turning into countless darts that is unleashed upon the enemy in a carpet bombing fashion. I admit this one has me both skeptical and excited if this part is true for the legendary Cursed Spear. If not, there is still Gae Bolg's main function of Reverse Casualty that will never miss the opponent's heart once it's name is called to activate it's power.
Plus to be trained by the legendary God Slayer Scathach herself would be an experience too. One that could get me killed, but you get the point. I mean for a spear like that, surely the bar would NEED to be high to be deemed worthy of it or some other weapon Scathach may present you with, as a successful warrior to survive her training and meet or surpass her expectations.
