- The plaintiff and defendant worked together, and they became close friends. He says he’s always looked up to the defendant, but the defendant is a big dreamer and gets into financial difficulties. He loaned the defendant money, but he hasn’t fully paid back, so he’s suing. The defendant doesn’t think he owes the plaintiff because the money was a gift.

I truly enjoyed this case and how the Complainant & Defendant got along allowing Judge Mathis to continue with repoire. Also, they are Independent, Southern, Upstanding, Black, White-collar, Intelligent, men working in IT 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The defendant talks a great game but the fact of the matter is black folks oftentimes have issues in dealing with their own and in their own communities. Black businesses and businessmen would much rather do business and sell to caucasians as oppose to their own so save me with all the make believe bs and lies.
