I just did this. My transmission was totally cracked on several places. Had put the arm on motor to wrong angle. So the wipers went backwards. Lol thanks for showing the correct placement
If both wipers aren't moving then it's more likely the wiper motor is bad. Theres also a possibility the switch on the column isn't working but that would be less likely
