I absolutely cannot stand getting shots or getting my blood drawn but these videos that involve them are super comforting in my opinion because there is always so much reassurance and extra care in them because the patient is usually implied to be very anxious in these situations which is very accurate to real life. Also thank you so much for your kind words the other day! I have taken your advice as well as Ronin's to heart. It is absolutely true that anything happening in the future is not something to worry about now but something to get through later. I would have an overall lesser quality of sleep health if it werent for this channel. Cant thank you enough for consistently putting out content that helps me relax and doze off quickly. I actually have my first appointment with an allergist in a few days, to try and determine the cause of my EOE. He won’t be this relaxing, you set the bar too high. 😩
That’s actually why I make videos like this, so that you can use it as a little ‘exposure therapy’ and be able to stop when you need to. Needles can be really scary, it’s understandable. ❤️
