Hey Rachel! How nice is it to have a new one of these Allergy Tests videos! I absolutely cannot stand getting shots or getting my blood drawn but these videos that involve them are super comforting in my opinion because there is always so much reassurance and extra care in them because the patient is usually implied to be very anxious in these situations which is very accurate to real life. Also thank you so much for your kind words the other day! I have taken your advice as well as Ronin's to heart. It is absolutely true that anything happening in the future is not something to worry about now but something to get through later. I have been saying to myself to take things one day at a time and enjoy all the positives! I got to enjoy an awesome Birthday, I got a Reiki crystal kit as a present which I'm so happy about! It included this cute little Chakra bracelet that I love so much! I’m never taking it off lol!! Everything is going great as long as I don't think about the negatives and focus on the many positives! Thank you so much for being here Rachel! You're an incredible person! Always tell yourself that! Definitely looking forward to this roleplay and getting some nice tingles and lots of comfort! For the convo around 1:00:00, my mom was only allergic to shellfish and some pollens before giving birth to me, but pretty much as soon as I came out, she started having a reaction to the penicillin she was given and has ended up with many more allergies over the years. It's so interesting how much a mother's body changes!
Allergies in general are strange. You can live your life eating shrimp and then suddenly have an allergy one day. and this is subject to any allergy and person 🫨

I would have an overall lesser quality of sleep health if it werent for this channel. Cant thank you enough for consistently putting out content that helps me relax and doze off quickly. I love how you don't constantly repeat words and unnecessarily tap on every object you pick up. You even allow for quiet moments during procedures. All of this helps create a very real and comforting environment and i thank you for that.

My day is going okay, how is yours? I worked as a nurse for many years and part of school was practicing on each other so we all got over being afraid of needles really quickly. Exposure usually helps!!
