Not gonna lie, Nick bought a great point: the last time we saw a really good Pat Bev was when he was in Houston with Harden. Him , Chandler Parsons, Clint Capella, and EG. they had potential. Pat was particularly good on defense but he also was giving like 10-15 points too. Now he’s become a strictly defense kinda guy.

Harden is an aged offensive prowess who is past his prime, never been in great shape, and doesnt play any defense at all. Much of his prime offensive game was drawing feigned foul calls and flops and shooting stepback (traveling) 3s. No post season success and is more or less a regular season stat padder. And on top of all that has forced his way out of many teams by demanding a trade.. I dont really see why any team would be attracted to acquiring him. Stay in Philly and prove us ALL wrong.

Harris needs to go. Tucker is a shell...and never was a consistent great. Make something happen. Keep Harden, Embiid, Maxey... build around those 3 guys. So Harden isn't the player he used to be, but even when he was that player he still earned the reputation of shrinking in big games. Even today if you look at his numbers he averaged 21 Pts & 10 Ast last season, with some good performances in the playoffs but still didn't put forth the necessary effort. By requesting out of Brooklyn & Philly it's hard to say his goal is to win a championship. I think for Harden this upcoming season is about showcasing what's left of his skillset to secure his next contract, but also not having the pressure to win a championship. Looking at the deal Westbrook just signed, it shows you how harsh the NBA can be when your not necessarily a "beloved" player.

As a 76er's fan I am very excited to watch my team get into the playoffs as the 4th seed behind the Celtics, Bucks & Heat. Maybe if we are lucky those 3 teams will have some major injuries so we can get further then the 2nd round. So excited to see fat James Harden commit his 5 turnovers per game, shoot 21% from the field when games matter, and of course play no defense. Can't wait to see how many more former Rockets players who are elderly come to Philly courtesy of Daryl Morey.
