Felix doesn't get a lot of lines, but he gets the most iconic and memorable lines. With the lines he does get and his unique voice, giving him less lines makes people want more. They want to see and hear him more so they'll more then likely check out Stray Kids because of it. I see it as a market move. These lines also suit his voice best that's why 3Racha when they're distributing the lines, they give Felix these kind of lines cause it suit his voice.
At the same time I do loveeeeee how he has started to get more line especially in and maniac. It seems as though he’s gotten a lot more in maxident too. I LOVE THAT SO PROUD OF HIM
I feel like he's been getting more lines in the more recent releases. I think before it was a mix of he wasn't 100% comfortable with the language yet and everything you said. Now Felix is totally fluent so he's more confident in recent comebacks but they do still use him as that WOW factor. I mean obviously lol. But I do love he's been getting more lines recently and I hope that trend continues! I so want him to show everyone what he's really got.

You commented on the production, use of Felix's voice and Chan's high voice at parts... That reminded me of something I've noticed lately. If you really pay attention to the videos, lyric videos, and such, where you can really see who is seeing the various lines. In every (or almost every) song, they avoid returning to the same person in repeated sections very often. For example, in this song... there is that part where Sungmin sings followed by Chan... next time through that part, it's Sungmin followed by I.N. As a listener, there is so much consistency of sound with so much in between that it takes a while to even catch that there was a change in people. Yet, the fans can gush over each person and recognize the differences and flare of each member. You commonly see Felix and Hyunjin trading parts, or Chan trading with Sungmin or I.N. and Lee Know bounces around in there a long with Han and Changbin. Even here you have Lee Know do the first run of the chorus, then Changbin the second time. ((Sorry if I got any of the exact matches messed up, going from memory here and its mushy at best)). But, I seriously am stunned that I don't see any recognition for just how well 3racha KNOWS each members strengths, range, and styles enough to write songs and assign line distribution to really plan on mixing and matching them up to do the same sections in a way that superficially sounds the same but plays out so different that it ADDS to the songs and lets them each shine on their own. Its a level of musical understanding and intimacy that blows me away.

I noticed that too, even on other parts. Like how when they say "hey, come inside now, hey", Hyunjin and Felix do it the first time, but on the second Felix and Han do it!
When i saw Teddy’s smiled at 5:18 that almost brought tears to my eyes. Because that smile right there… is a proud smile. A smile that us stays has wore so much to our boys here. Stray Kids are built different. Because of their background and journey (from their heartbreaking survival show) to get to THIS POINT… you can’t help but be emotionally involved with them. So when you see Stray Kids do something or finally achieve something… you’re just reaaaally happy for them & proud of them. Stray Kids everywhere all around the world you make stray kids stay indeed.
The bit you said about felix and showing their individual presence. That is exactly how they as 8 “stray kids” become
STRAYKIDS. Each is unique and show it, and they never fail to deliver of every single time! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Back Door is the first song i heard from Stray Kids. It hooked me and held onto my heart for nearly 10 months before i admitted to myself i was head over heels for these guys.
God's Menu and Back Door were the turning points in SKZ's career, building them into the mala taste genre giants they are. Every one say thank you, Bang Chan/3racha!!
Back Door is one of my favorites from them for SURE. This choreo is so high energy too, i love it. Their music show performances for it are so good!

Backdoor is just one of those songs that one couldn't like. Those knocking and creaking sounds were truly creative in the track.

It amazes me how you remember and can connect nuanced elements of their music so clearly. Not just for Stray Kids, but other artists featured on your channel. You demonstrate how much you engage with the artists and their art and that it’s not just for views. Hope your channel continues to grow.
back door is one of their biggest so gs ever im so glad u finally reacted to ittt. if you’ve ever noticed in the end of the gods menu mv they exit through the “back door” and it was actually a spoiler months in advance for this track!
Back Door has some sort of drug in it. 🤣 I really don't know what genre to call it, but I like it!
One of the coolest things about this song is that it was on Time Magazine's list of the Top 10 Songs in 2020. It was the only kpop song to make the list.
And I think you're talking about the move in God's Menu where Han "tastes" the recipe(song).

3:28 The Han part you’re talking about is part of the choreo where they pretend to eat with chopsticks. There’s actually a bunch of “food and cooking” references in the choreography.

back door for me, so far, is one of the best title songs from skz. I remember the first time I heard it, and how my head exploded from these awesome synths!!!! I am honestly surprised that you liked this one so much, simply because there isn’t much rap in Back Door. This and Hellavator were my favorites when I first listened to SKZ, the beats just felt so fresh.

I found your channel a while back when I discovered Jessi and you did a reaction and have been watching videos since. I didn't realize how much I was going to enjoy skz and discovered it here. my high school years were pretty defined by indie rock and EDM/Dubstep so the balance between the strong bassline and when the drop happens to those higher notes which make me think back to the intro of Speakerbox by Bassnectar, I just get hyped af. Also I was in a pretty singular rap and hiphop phase until like the last few months after skz exposure here and its been a violent regression back into EDM too, I've been to so many concerts since so thank you/my life is expensive now, planning to join the Patreon when my city stops booking great artists bc I don't know people who also like skz. The production choices drive me insane I need to talk about it

This is my favorite song from them (one of the top videos too) for the simple reason that it just puts you in a good mood. Many of my bad moods have been totally shut down by this song. Yup… I watch others occasionally, and subscribe to only one other Kpop reactor so I get some more variety. But Teddy is my fav, just for the mix of musical knowledge and his pure joy in hearing the music. Totally relatable.
I think the dance move of Han that you mentioned is supposed to resemble the movement of tasting something (i`m not quite sure though).

What you're talking about with Han is in God's Menu and he's 'eating' something they 'cooked up' not touching his chin.

I enjoy your reactions so much - this may be off in the weird weeds but when they sing about the "bell rings and we go crazy" "tonight, I bark again" my mind immediately went to Pavlov - especially since Chan rang the bell before they went 'crazy.' I love all the word play throughout this.
Firstly, of course you press the button. That's why they put those signs there, so you know it's worth pressing.
Second, Han was dancing to God's Menu and the move was him tasting the sauce. It's finger to lips, not chin lol

This was my first K-pop song. I was amazed omg
I'll have to see it again. Didn't have me like you and commentors until the creaking door section. Beginning sounded if New Kids did a song now and I wondered on the hype. Sounded good but like any band could have done it. Then the door opening section and change ups after. I can get it. Maybe it was the point for the beginning as an evolution. Need to read the lyrics. Love one duo I watched. Anyway, you go crazy over them so worth checking out more. Don't want to miss out on good music or performances. Their performances and artistic talent visually is great. Since you liked this song so much I would recommend watching BTOB's cover performance of it on Kingdom, it's completely different from the original and still fantastic. Stray Kids performed a cover of their song I'll Be Your Man for Kingdom as well which I think you've already reacted to. If you do a reaction to Back Door there's two different versions on youtube, the longer video has the other groups reacting live to the performance (including Stray Kids reaction).
