Binnie has really grown on me the past few weeks.
In my opinion StrayKids genre is just StrayKids. They aren't kpop. They have created their own form of music and that's why I love them so much! They are so different and Bang Chan is a genius for hand picking the perfect members to bring his and 3racha's visions to light! In my opinion StrayKids are the most diverse, talented, hardest working men in "kpop" even though to me they are beyond "kpop"...their genre is StrayKids.
Their music genre was actually named "mala taste" after a dish so good that you can't stop eating it, and they are the only one doing that so your not wrong at all

I discovered Changbin when he first rapped Matryoshka on the survival show. It was AMAZING. If you are his fan, you really have to check it out, because it is crazy how amazing he was as a beginner starting out.

CHANGBIN IS MY BIAS TOO! i’m not one for K-pop but SKZ is just different. I’d look into when Changbin was on Masked Singer. when i saw it i had a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of respect for Changbins talent

Changbin's vocals surprised me, pleasantly.
I love Changbin, the growl he has in his voice is just so good. You could consider watching ep 158 of Chan’s Room (his weekly live) where he makes a song out of Changbin’s “kkulchong” (honeygun), “yeo” and Han’s “bada kokkiri” (sea lion) sounds. Lee Know called him and requested he made an EDM track out of that and because what Lee Know wants, Lee Know gets, Chan spent the next hour of his live making it. He starts composing around 57 mins time stamp and the final version of the track plays at 1:49:07. It’s quite fascinating to watch. I’m sure there are short edits of it floating around too. If you decide to do that, have fun!

Changbin is actually the fastest rapper in kpop! I don't even know how he can rap that fast and how long it took him to get to 11.3 sps but he really is talented.
If you want to see some stage performances of them, I suggest their 2021 MAMA stage where they performed their songs CHEESE and Thunderous, it really shows how great they are at performing!
I thought stray kids was just a phase, but man i was getting more obsessed everytime i listen to them. They are never ever boring. I wasn’t even into rap songs/ loud music before, but now i just wanna hear changbin rapping aggresively into my ear 24/7. He’s just the COOLEST.

Zone is one of my most favorite songs by 3RACHA. And Changbin goes crayyyyyyzeee in that one. His verse in Double Knot-3RACHA is also mindblowing, well his verses are always mindblowing in general.

I feel like it’s almost impossible to find a skz song that doesn’t start with one of 2racha (at least a hype one), and let me tell you, they know what they’re doing because they are the best people to let you know a song will be amazing
You know what? Stray kids even made a song to describing each member in a song, it's called 'FAM' but it's Japanese single, i really want you to see the MV but it didn't have subtitle, so better you check out the color coded lyrics of 'FAM'. That is one of my favorite song coz the beat is so sick!! It's like fun hip-hop music. Hope you will added this song to your playlist. Always love your reaction man, coz you always recognized some of different elements from the songs that you've been heard. Nice analyzer.

IDK if it's been mentioned but Mike Daley who coproduced this song with 3racha during one of their tour stops in the US, said the moment he let them listen to what he had of this track, Changbin (he called him by his rap moniker spearb iirc) immediately wrote down lyrics and started going crazy rapping them then and there. He and Han are lyrical geniuses like that. And Chan is a producing genius, which means 3racha are unstoppable honestly. Kings.
What I like about this guy is that he genuinely know and appreciate Music. That's really got me to SKZ, they are like my new found youth.

I highly recommend their debut song Hellevator. It’s the song that made me a stay. It’s got raps and siick drops. I still have trouble believing that it’s their debut track.
A year ago this song (especially the Changbin part) made me stay. I have never once regretted my choice. They are the best. Thanks for the reactions with Stray Kids. I laughed so hard with BINTRO.
Hey! Thanks for your reaction. I've got some great recommendations of changbin and HAN rapping back to back. The first one is one of the most legendary ones is them rapping to Matroshyka in their survival show(named stray kids) of their early pre-debut days where they had to go against YG entertainment. Another one is from LOUD survival show where they appear as featured guests. 3Racha made a remix of Back Door and performed it together with trainees. And last but not least their rap performance at the 2019 VLIVE Awards VHeartbeat. The back-to-back in those three performances are CRAZY, their flow is just chef kiss. They're my personal favorites which I still routinely watch lol. Definitely recommend those.

You actually made me curious so I went through a bunch of skz’s hype songs and more rap-heavy songs to see who started them so here’s a breakdown…
Changbin - thunderous, gods menu, venom, circus, domino, ssick, freeze, my pace
Han - easy, all in, Christmas evel, back door, charmer, double knot, my pace
(Changbin and Han both technically start my pace depending on how you look at it)
Hyunjin - pacemaker, tortoise and the hare, any
Chan - maniac, Wolfgang
Felix - cheese, muddy water, miroh, maze of memories
Lee know - district 9
Seungmin - side effects, hellevator
So yeah 2racha reigns supreme in terms of starting hype songs but the rap line as a whole are great choices
On a side note - petition for IN to start skz’s next title track or one of their next hype b-sides
Also lee know technically says “come on, everybody look at me” at the start of ssick but that is kind of the same argument for the start of my pace. You can take it either way, it doesn’t really matter. I’ll just call it a joint start for both songs
