Unohana's rough voice when in Kenpachi mode still retains some of the motherly qualities she cultivated ovet the years... but the dif when speaking is so noticeable that is scary, she is like the very embodiment of a hannya demoness, chilling but still inviting, bringing with it the promise of a slow and painful death if scorned any further... and I LOVE IT!
This explains why throughout Bleach everyone has absolute respect for Unohara.
She is being nice, healing everyone and there was still an element of fear from her appearance. Like a bear had just wandered in and decided to give licks and head pats.
Seeing Kyoraku make a first decision as Squad Commander gives me goosebumps and the way he mentions Unohanas Nlname

You all forget that *kid Kenpachi* mid diffed Unohana during the age of the OG Gotei. She was almost as strong as Yama in his prime and we all know how strong he was. After that he’s been suppressing his power despite it being so much more than anyone he’s ever faced, no matter how close it may have seemed. As we’ve seen from
Nnoitora Kenpachi is actually a monster in strength. Even when he merely used two hands it went from a close match he could die from to just one tapping him.
He’s always been this strong and, as the first Kenpachi, Unohana decided to draw out that suppressed power in order to beat the Quincy. It wasn’t actually Kyoraku’s decision to do this, he simply swayed the Central 46 to let her do it under his order as Head Captain as a veil.
Wow, this make me like Unohana even more. That she kept her soft voice but undergone a deadly transformation. I think it's a similar reason why I preferred Aizen when he was betraying SS but he still has his friendly disguise on. The juxtaposition lends certain uneasiness to their presence.

I am so hyped for this! seeing Unohana in her bloodlust mode!!! Also, it would have been very interesting to see her fight during the quincy invasion knowing she mightve been the only one that was strong enough to repel them. But for plot purposes I knew she had to stay standby! Either way this is going to be EPIC AF!

You don't send your best healer to the frontlines to fight. Basic strategy. Unohana allowed Zaraki to play Kenpachi and he couldn't fulfill the role to the extent that she could. That's not her fault.

I agree! He could have written her in battle with one of the strongest Quincies and then get hurt or killed (that would be a better worthy death) and that triggers Zaraki because he thinks he is the only one should kill her and then he unblocks himself. That way we can see her fights and the story line can still be told. Besides, she was the only one who was in the war a thousand years ago and won, why would Yamamoto not letting her in the front line?
@@Gee-bg2rv Yhwach had first-hand knowledge of what Unohana was capable of and yet he didn't classify her among the 5 War Potentials. There had to have been reason for that. Obviously, Kubo's confirmed nothing one way or another why that was. My guess is that it was due in part to the choice she made to become "Retsu" and remain so in spite of any threat to the Soul Society. In any case, if Yama, Shunsui, Zaraki, and the rest couldn't get it done, there's no reason to believe she would have made much of a difference - especially since she hadn't been in a combat role for a long time and since Yhwach still had the trump card of the Schutzstaffel if all else failed. The only reason Yhwach hadn't finished off the Soul Society in the first round was Ichigo's intervention and, to a lesser extent, Aizen's.
I can't imagine Unohana can be frightening like this. The eyes and her aura alone is chilling enough to the bones

You see here, this is actually a weird and violent way of them releasing murderous sexual tension. Both of them have the biggest murder boner for each other, their scars literally throbbing hearing each other's voices. Even Unohana says that he's the only man who makes her go to ecstasy and Zaraki vise versa. They love and are horny for each other in a twisted kind of way. A love story for battle hungry psychopaths.
Unohana showed her real face for 2 minutes and managed to make Zaraki cry… thats a great fest honestly

He would have stomped Zaraki, but Unohana would have been trouble until he started getting serious. Aizen is the reason Head captain only had one arm during The Yhwach fight. Also is the only other person to defeat Head captain Yama.

Aizen was in terror at what stories he heard of Yamamoto's bankai an thats why he used Wonderwiess an gave him the ability to consume flame.
Yamamoto sacrificed his arm himself btw Aizen did nothing to make him do that he just used the forbidden kido to demonstrate to aizen he wasn't playing around and would use his own life to kill him if need be,

@@DeusGamez Don't be stupid. Yamamoto's Bankai would have obliterated the fake Karakura Town and probably burned up the whole World of the Living if he used it on Aizen. As it is that Bankai did arguably more damage to the Soul Society than most of the other Quincies because it's so damn OP.

I agree, like the episodes are good and all but goddamn so short. Barely anything happens and then we just have to wait 7 days smh. I wish they would just wait and release everything at once, because its kinda turning me off
the episodes are 24 mins because we have fun we feel like it passes in a minute and it keeps us thrilled for the next episode, so far its been lit and hopefully more to come on the way .

Wow, her extreme superiority to Zaraki is clear, even when RESURRECTS him to keep fighting and evolving, until he gets where the Gotei "needs". In himself he did not have the slightest conditions to defeat Unohana, she is the one who surrenders and lets herself be defeated without any resistance in the end because she no longer has any desire to continue because there is no one worthy of fighting her. The immensity of her power is SURREAL!

Unohana San❤ to be fair i feel like they just made dissapear the olders members of the first generation and first war who are also the strongest ones to Keep on the series with the main characters of the new season.
Both had miserable deaths, one without an arm weakened got tricked and killed, The other one literally commited suicide; I know that the Riatsu ends and she got exhausted so she got overpowered for a moment but she could definitely heal herself back like she did thousands of times for him if the author wanted.
She was living to "fix her sin" at this point.

Unohana kept on going despite healing and fighting Kenny over and over. I wonder if the final version of Kenny was still strong enough to stand against her when she's not exhausted.
Zaraki already rolled her when he was a teen. She was zaraki's first thrilling fight that made him fear death so he tried harder but he ended up overpowering her so zaraki had to start weakening himself until he lost. Unohana's lifestyle of "prolonging and enjoying the fight" inspired zaraki which ended up stunting his growth and making himself so weak over the course of years.
The voice change was insane....she literally transforms into an emotionless killer......
A lot of the non-manga people pingas riding Unohana right now are gonna be real surprised when they see
the flashback of her getting demolished by an untrained six year old she found sitting on top of a pile of shinigami corpses.

Unohana is pretty savage learing healing kido spells not to heal but to make the oppopnent much longer so they dont die easily and enjoy the killing as much as she can....Now thats just brutal...plus i always wondered how no one say anything about her past since even isane knew about her past

The original bleach animation is so much better.... and the story feels to rushed compared to the original story..... I wish they could have make it a 50 episode saga and make it like the original bleach.

Kenpachi doesn't use both of his hands even against Unohana, but he uses them against Loyd Loyd who transformed into him.
BTW, his fight against Loyd wasn't shown in the Manga. But then again, Kubo was, supposedly, supervising the entire script for the show.
