this fight was sooo amazingly animated and it isnt even the one of the main fights to come out of this season
What I love about this is it actually shows how much stronger ichigo is now. He got slapped by base ywach before true shikai. And in this it shows without the almighty he may actually have been a match or even stronger than him. Incredible story building in this fight

it's because ichigo is stronger than yuha. almighty is a hax that cover the faxt that yuha isn' the strongest, fastest or more skilled fighter in bleach. but being able to see and change the future make those thing irrelevant. take out his ability to see the future and true shikai ichigo fold him without even going into bankai or HoS mode

other than some prolonged still frames here and there (expected considering the high quality compositing), this fight just might be top 3 in the series when it comes to animation and storyboarding, plus this wasn't even a priority episode. I think we're eating good..

That shot of Ichigo in front of the Jujishio attack looks incredible but another cool piece of imagery is that it also looks like the eyes of the soul king (the whites if the eye forming a cross around the multiple irises). Perhaps another symbolic reminder that the Soul King has seen or planned around this very moment?
