    Great looking bike bro! I got Larry's complete Fly Aire delivered here in Manila, PH less than 2wks ago. Awesome bike 4sure. Dark green. Got 9.5 Fuego bars & put on Shadow seat. I love it. 😊

      dang! key with those tools is to make sure you're driving the pin as STRAIGHT as possible or the breaker pin snaps.

    Lovely Mike.
    I do enjoy your videos. I left a comment on one of your videos of what I did in upgrades to my 2021 hardtail Rockhopper.
    I also picked up my first full suspension Enduro bike on Friday for £1,500 pounds, it was barely used, still had some wrapping around it.£3,700 pounds on the 2021 specialized website brand new. The dude payed £2,600 pounds for it brand new, he's barely used it and he wasn't living either when I examined it.
    My dream bike, the 2021 mullet specialized status 160, maroon in colour. she's being serviced today.
    The Freak I named it.
    I tore it up on a downhill trail in the wet on Saturday at a fast speed, it was like riding in the dry. It's a big hitter.
    My American wife is an expert bmx flatlander, brilliant she is.
    Thanks Mike.

    watching this build got me even more stoked for my volunteer shift tonight! i'll be tuning and refitting donated bikes (probably just time for one) to give away to people who want / need a bike but can't afford one.
    noticed you didn't put brakes on and most riders in your bmx videos don't have them. seems way simpler than the gyro setup i eyed up as a kid for letting the bars spin without winding up brake cables. no brakes doesn't feel like a beginner setup though - i'm pretty comfortable with bikes but always had a brake! would you recommend starting with the brake that comes on a prebuilt and then eventually removing it?

    This build makes me not want to ride my current BMX with some 20 year old parts

    Only forks you trust? Why is that?

      @JoyOfBike  Месяц назад

      @@DibeezyTheGifted I’ve broken a few steer tubes off at the stem; the R32’s are the only fork I’ve never had an issue with.

      @@JoyOfBike you ever tried pitchforks? I've never seen a snapped set of pitchforks in 30 years

      @@DibeezyTheGifted yea, that was actually the last pair I had that failed. Right under my stem & only a few months old. I’m a big fan of odysseys 41 thermal process - they did a video years ago now about their testing too, I think it’s the Stampy Test
