  • I wanted to add some better tires and wheels to my small utility trailer. I used some old tires wheels and spindles from a junk pile snowmobile trailer. This upgrade should help when getting firewood in wet areas of our property. #firewood #uppermichigan #utilitytrailer

    Good watch. I like seein stuff recycled. Like your little trailer, looks like it will be good for getting to your firewood trees in tight spaces. Have a good one

    Welding is a skill that I never picked up . The wider tire will be easier on the trails.

    Nice job Mike that trailer going to big enough for your project? How’s the mosquitoes up there? Going up to camp in a couple weeks just wondering if there still sucking away or die down a little

    • @Lifeinthe906
      @Lifeinthe906  Год назад +1

      The trailer is too small but it is the only thing light enough not to sink in the mud! The mosquitoes are bad still but nothing like they were a few weeks ago.

    I was looking at doing the same on my little trailer. I have some golf cart wheels the same bolt pattern, just not enough clearance to the springs and shackles.

    Should work ok on the soft ground, remember do not overload it better to make a few more trips then fight sinking in the mud

    • @Lifeinthe906
      @Lifeinthe906  Год назад

      For sure. There will be a lot of trips made on to the more solid ground. Thanks Larry
