      Ya allah Guide me 😊 Just a quick reminder of what NOT to say in duas:
      The Prophet [salAllahu alayhi wa salam] said: “Let not any one of you say, ‘O Allaah, forgive me if You will, O Allaah, have mercy on me if You will.’ Let him be resolute in the matter, whilst knowing that no one can compel Allaah to do anything.” [Saheeh Bukhari and Muslim]
      For example do not say may Allah reward you "in sha Allah"! Do not say in sha Allah in your duas!
      I'm not sure if you could say in shaa Allah ya Rab 😊
      asalamu alikum 🌹

    Just eat seasonally and localy, plant based diet, drink more water and avoid Gmos and any processed food, and this diet is not only for Ramadan, this should be your lifestyle. This guy is talking about what's popular in North America... just go back to Sunnah and remember that Ramadan is a month of fasting not a month of eating. Ramadan Mubarak!

    I have a suhoor routine that helps me not get too hungry and thirsty the next day. First I have suhoor I usually have a small bowl of rice and chicken with a small bowl of vegetable soup and a small bowl of salad with quinoa seeds. Then I'd have a banana because bananas keep you dehydrated and you won't get thirsty. After that just a minute before Athan Alfajer I drink a glass of cold low fat yogurt which also helps with the thirst. Hope this could help you with fasting. Ramadan Karim everyone 😊❤️

      NO NAME You're not supposed to eat that late before the Fajr Azan. It's recommended to finish eating 15 minutes before. My father tells me to finish eating 30 minutes before just to be super cautious.

    • @RosesareRed38
      @RosesareRed38 7 лет назад +1

      millionfish animation that's WRONG. it's the opposite of that! You should eat right up until fajr Azhaan because that is the given time. The Hadith says to eat until you see the white thread in the sky so why would you stop before that????

    • @tabarakal-sabaawi5762
      @tabarakal-sabaawi5762 7 лет назад

      millionfish animation we barely have 5 hours to eat and last year we had 3-4 hours to eat stopping 30 min before the Ethan is almost impossible because we barely get enough in us during that short time period

    An important message to all who watch this video: the brother Ali from Canada is a vegan. That's why he does not mention anything related to animals such as milk or meat, etc. If you study the hadith, the prophet (SAW) actually drank milk with his dates in the morning.

    I remember last ramadan, my uncle and his wife invited me over for iftar. My uncles wife kept banging out food left right and center and kept telling me to eat. The food was so good but i ate so much that i didn't have any space left in my stomach. I knew i reached my limit and that the food was about to get back up. I told them i had to go, i slowly walked out. And when i had walked about 20 meters outside their house i puked it all out. Allahul musta'an... :(

    we can't really feel Ramadhan if we don't feel the pain of unfortunate. So not really correct to say to stop feeling hunger but abstain from lots of commercial foods and the increases of the naafs we have developed over the 11 months lol. Hi, I'm not muslim yet but I want to be as close to the Qur'an as I can untill I make my move forward. How many days are you supposed to fast exactly and IV been told it can be dangerous?

    • @uk-beats8031
      @uk-beats8031 7 лет назад +2

      It normally is for 30 days depending on moon sightings. Follow your local masjid for accurate days and times. Also it is not dangerous unless you have a illness which fasting might make it worse and in this case you should not fast.

    • @sweatinglikegaryglitterint6701
      @sweatinglikegaryglitterint6701 7 лет назад

    Salam alaykum everyone, how much and what do you guys eat during the night?
    For me personally I have a Meal: Fish, rice, vegetable tomato sauce, fried plantain
    Some Fruits: Cherries, banana, orange, peach. (From each I have one -- the cherries less than a handful)
    Snack: Fried beans (Akara), Blueberry coconut smoothie,
    Latter meal: 2 Eggs.
    And I believe that would conclude my eating during the night. Share with me what you eat, and how much. Peace.
