My home country of Peru is full of amazing food. Takoyaki could easily compete with some of our best dishes, it's just 10/10 flavour, texture and presentation. One of the best things Japan has delighted the world with.

I recently had these at Nobe and I was shocked at the texture, for some reason i thought it would have been firmer..? It was so pillowly soft on the inside and it was awesome to get the pieces of octopus in the middle. It tastes amazing ❤

Takoyakii !! Oishii ! Decades ago, I worked in Japan. After a night out of drinking beer, these guys were out late along with other street food vendors. The Japanese people do everything with passion, precision and to perfection - the most honorable people I have ever met.
Korea and Japan are on my bucket list for purely culinary reasons. I wish there was an Asian street vendor in my city to save me having to actually travel to try this stuff.
I like it that he's wearing a mouth and nose shield that keeps the breath away from the food. Every bakery worker should wear one. Bread would stay fresh and have no mould much longer.
It's blocks of butter, so the butter is melting then running and coating the entire cup. That's how the food doesn't stick inside the cup and he is able to flip the contents🎉
저 방식이 맞는데... 버터에 반죽이 들어가서 바삭바삭 익히면서 문어가 들어가고 위치를 잡으면 추가 반죽을 주고 아래 쪽이 충분히 바삭바삭하게 익히면 뒤집어주고 위쪽이 바삭바삭 될때 쯤에 는 내부도 촉촉하면서 바삭하게 익음... 그때 꺼내서 소먹는건데... 타꼬야끼 일반 가계들은 저 버터 작업도 대충이고.. 반죽도 물이 많거나.. 바삭바삭 하기 전에 뒤집어 버림..그러니 먹을려고 보면 바삭바삭 이 아니라 물렁물렁 상태가 되고 내부에 열 가열이 부족해서 냄새 나는 경우도 있음..

버터에 반죽이 들어가서 바삭바삭 익히면서 문어가 들어가고 위치를 잡으면 추가 반죽을 주고 아래 쪽이 충분히 바삭바삭하게 익히면 뒤집어주고 위쪽이 바삭바삭 될때 쯤에 는 내부도 촉촉하면서 바삭하게 익음...
그때 꺼내서 소먹는건데...
타꼬야끼 일반 가계들은 저 버터 작업도 대충이고.. 반죽도 물이 많거나.. 바삭바삭 하기 전에 뒤집어 버림..그러니 먹을려고 보면 바삭바삭 이 아니라 물렁물렁 상태가 되고 내부에 열 가열이 부족해서 냄새 나는 경우도 있음..
