I run my garlic through my small food processor to chop it then put in ice cube trays to freeze. (I ordered ice cube trays from amazon that have a silicone bottom and come with a lid, so it’s easy to stack them) Once frozen I pop out the “pucks” and store in a air tight container. Each puck is approx 2 cloves of garlic. Then just toss a frozen puck in my recipe when it calls for garlic. Game Changer!!!
I have been with Azure for about. 30 years. I buy about 80% of our household items and food from Azure and the other 20% from Walmart. I rarely go into a physical store which keeps me on budget. Thanks for your great video.

If you have a food processor or ninja with the shredding plate you can shred that cheese lickity split! Since I learned that from my friend, I’ll never go back to shredded grocery store cheese.
@@BeccaBristow Freeze the cheese a little bit - I shredded it from the fridge and broke my cuisinart food processor. Now I freeze in size that will fit the processor and let it thaw a bit before shredding. Also, try the puffed kamut for cereal or for yogurt. :)

Oh good idea!! So far so good - we've been using it up fairly quickly and it's still totally fine. Someone suggested slicing it up and freezing tho which I think is a great idea!

I get the same cheese from them! I slice a few small blocks and freeze and pre shred some bags and freeze as well!
so smart!! we've been using it up fairly quickly but I think it's prob best idea to freeze some the next time around!
