Thanks for sharing these V2 matches. I believe what happens is one or the other shooters has a gun that moves outside its tune window. Once that happens midway through it’s tough to get it back shooting again.
I believe it takes about 1 second for the projectile to hit the target, thats not much but down range the wind can change in 1 second, so as long as you read the wind based on the last impact then there should be the same airm point, unless the wind picks up, like erik said you change the airm point because you see the wind, but that was way to much wind adjustment, it was like2mm movement on the scope reticle to the left, yet really what he needed is to aim right in the middle of the V ring IMO, i know whats its like when you do not see the wind or you think its not that much of a factor, yet you end up hitting a 5 instead of a v which was your last shot impact. cheers and thank you both of you guys for discussing this match, cheers 🦘🦘✌✌👌👌
Thanks guys, awesome as usual! I wish we could ask Eric if he can say what happened in the 2nd match, wind?tune? stress? He was shooting so well and the wheels came off.Oh well maybe someday we’ll find out.
@@f-classpointsseries You can believe me when I say that I am not criticizing Eric in anyway,I’m just surprised at how he went from just owning the V bull to those last shots. I was fully expecting a high quality, high stress 3rd match cause it looked over at that point. If nothing else I am even more impressed by the quality based on how fast it can change, nothing but respect for Eric and all competitors in the V2!
Erik do you know what the humidity & temp was like when they were shooting, as it does affect the trajectory of the projectile at those distances, cheers 🦘🦘✌✌👌👌
@@FClassJohn I noticed that some shooters had portable fans on other events at the same range, very good idea, so that your not sweating as much, thanks john. 🦘✌👌
Thank you Erik and John for an excellent report on a fascinating contest between two super sportsmen.
Watching these V² videos has really inspired me to put together an ftr gun and give this a try. Thanks so much Erik and John.
Glad to hear it! Hope to see you at the V2 Finale soon!

Outstanding gentleman!
Eric is the Canadian Distributer for Seb, I bought my Joypod from him.
Me as well and he made me a rest like the one he made for Armen Papazian...
Great match. Love Ftr

“Wheels came off”
Don’t forget how small the target really is. 😉
