DISNEY WORLD VLOG 2023 - TRAVEL DAY - GATWICK TO MCO WITH BA - FRENCH QUARTER - ELLIE AND MITCHELL

- We travel back to Walt Disney World from Gatwick with British Airways. The countdown is finally over, and its our turn to get back to the magic.
In this vlog we travel to Gatwick and fly British Airways Club World, also using the Gatwick Club World Lounge. We do a bit of duty-free shopping, chat and show some of our in-flight experience to MCO.
After landing we then check in at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter for our stay. We eat in the French Quarter food court, eat some beignets (obviously) and have a look in the shop.

We love it there. Feels really peaceful and quiet which is a nice change from the larger moderates. The boat to DS is lovely too 😍
I’ve visited that and it’s lovely, definitely a contender to stay there next time

Yay! I am so excited to vlog series has started! 'I've been making eye contact' killed me! The youth will not know Jonathan Creek or VHS haha! It is always so interesting to see the Gatwick/BA experience! The no nut snack issue is real! If you avoid nuts, you could have had nuts, but guaranteed if you buy nuts someone will have an allergy and you can't eat them! I've always wanted to stay at Port Orleans: French Quarter so it's going to be great to see your experience! Corner rooms are always the best! So lovely to be by the river!

Wish we could go back to Virgin, but Gatwick is just so convenient!
The hotel was lovely, so quiet, nice and small…it really suits what we are looking for 😍
@@EllieandMitchell Yes! Being 10 minutes away from Gatwick is so perfect! French Quarter seems perfect for adult trips!
my wife & i have stayed at FQ about 5 times. it’s a great resort that doesn’t seem to get that much attention. small, compact, & quiet. hope u guys enjoy your stay & merry christmas!

Ok so sort of right for Mitchell…he manages people that manage engineers (I think…😂), way off for me but I will take it! I do love the gym, but work in an office.

As the mom of two peanut and tree nut allergic children, I thank you for your thoughtfulness in choosing snacks, even if it wasn’t needed. Hope the entire trip was fantastic!
It’s something that hadn’t crossed our minds before, but when it’s pointed out, it makes so much sense to avoid…and it’s not hard to do 😍

Still can't believe how old and dated Disney rooms are.
We were happy with most of the room, but even after the refurb, still think the bathroom could do with an update! We have certainly stayed in worse looking Disney rooms in the past 12 months!
