I remember playing this at my grandma's house over a long weekend stay and only got to 1:07:15 I thought either the game ended there or my game glitched. I had NO idea there was a hidden staircase.
I was surprised when they showed the staircase that lead to the last level. Until I saw this I thought it was the end of the game but it still didn't make sense with such a strange ending. And it wasn't even mentioned in the manual on how to play the game that there was a staircase that led to the last level.
A B A A Up, Down, A, A, B, Left, Right, A, B, Up, A, Down, Right, Right, Left, B, Up, Left, A, Right, B, Left, Right, A, Left, Up, A, Down, A, Right, Left, B, and Start (do this quickly, before the demo starts playing). While the plane is landing press A or B to choose your level.
My game would crash somewhere on level four and I could never get past it. Me and my friend tried over and over I guess something was wrong with our cartridge.

I got to that part figured the game was over, shut it off and traded the game for Legendary Wings the next day at school, thinking I had beat it lol.
