We do’t really get the dogs down here even in mid winter, its not their breeding ground , so it leaves the rest of the fish open 🤙

Hi Skwidy. Been always wondering how to manage your berley system right? I mean current, wind and depth wise. Cheers.
I only burley in shallow water (5 - 30m) from the surface as i find having a rope down dangerous for wrapping a line around. A bit of Current is good but too much will take too long to reach the bottom. Along with the pot i throw chunks too, often find them inside the fish when filleting 🤙 wind usually i go for none as the current will point my nose into the trail
