I-2 so far only extends from Peñitas (Sullivan City when the La Joya bypass is completed) to Harlingen. It's going to be a long time till it reaches Laredo.
@bullinmd I wouldn't mind seeing TXDOT put an I-2 future exit list online even though, right now, things are still speculative between Laredo and Sullivan City. I'm hoping that they would finish the entire route in my lifetime, but other routes in that region are being prioritized more than this one.
