Have to say last year at this time? I drive Uber and lyft I was paying $6.50 a gallon for gas. Right now, in Phoenix, I'm paying $3.78 a gallon. Unleaded, not bad cause it always goes up outrageously in the summer. We absolutely have greed inflation. Food is ridiculous, but it might have something to do with what 1 /2 corporations. That own almost all the food not OK. We need some basic laws back into place. Blind investments for our Congress, trem limits for our courts. An ethic rules for all , It's time for the 2% to pay their fair share in taxes. They want to go back to 1950. They used to pay 50% of their taxes back then. No 1's asking for 50%, but we are asking for them to pay something 15%. They don't pay on their helicopters anymore, not even there yachts, and you can. Thank your Republican house representatives for that. Please stop voting for them. They don't give a d*** about you. They have proved it year and year again. All the way back to Reagan. Nothing grows from the top-down.

There absolutely would be plenty for all, especially if millionaires and up paid their fair share of taxes, and couldn't pay millions to influence SCOTUS and politicians, and CEOs didn’t get $17 million a year for raking in record profits through high prices that hurt ordinary Americans (e.g. the CEO of Target).
Meanwhile things the government can control are improving: inflation has been going down for more than a year, gas prices in my area are only $3.52 despite wars in major oil-producing areas like Russia and the Middle East, US oil and steel are booming, our economy is best among first world countries, unemployment is outstandingly low and has been for many months, and the stock market hit another record high.
Many helpful bills have passed: medical costs are down, fees are lower, student loans have been forgiven, etc.
It's time to let go of white privilege because the country can be great for everyone if we come together to celebrate our variety and treat each other with kindness.

Where there is no vision in a country the people perish. But a country that keeps the law fair, happy is the country. Trump did not change the Republican Party but has revealed the party for what it has been for decades, and the racism that goes along with it.

It's easy to think he never looked in a mirror but I think maybe he spends TOO much time looking in a mirror. The problem is that his perception is way off. HE thinks the orange makeup/bronzer looks GOOD. HE thinks the wisps of remaining strands of hair swirled about his head give the ILLUSION of a full head of hair. It's similar to the way someone with anorexia who is already skeletal thin looks in a mirror and thinks they are fat... perception. Trump is such an egomaniac, a narcissist, he thinks he's perfect--and makes "perfect" phone calls to get secretaries of state to "find" the votes he needs to win an election--and he thinks everything he does is beyond reproach. For this same reason, he can't even see his own moral failures, so that "hard look in the mirror" in the figurative sense, a self-examination of his character, is completely lost on him. I think if he had to spend 30 days in prison, away from all social media or any feedback from his "fans" it might force him to take an honest look inside himself for a change, and maybe take stock of himself and where he's gone wrong. At least it would work that way for any normal person. But prisons house many sociopaths and psychopaths who feel no remorse, and Trump may fall into that category.
