I love this! It's really hard when you are dealing with intellectual disability on top of only having the left side of the brain left. I have to be very attuned and advocate for Daisy regularly. At least at almost 15 she is starting to occasionally tell me she can/can't handle something. I'm hoping as she gets older she can really advocate for herself more and set her own boundaries.
