Ebf4 was the first game of the series I ever played, I remember beating godcats without even switching armors and weapons the whole game... That explains why it was so intense, I feel dumb.

why did i find the blue godcat in a cave level when i was walking to an npc in a small "room" in a corner (i think he had a grey beard) years ago? i didnt do anything since i cant see its stats so i ditched the game forever xC
In EBF5 Matt for single target elemental attack Natalie is always because she is da healah Lance deal high AoE damage skill but mostly have cooldown. On top of that, EXPLOSION!!! Anna with Holy Attribute Arrow that cast Arrow Rain occasionally with Curse induce Flair just to good as she now have both Weaken and Curse as debuffer against bosses No Legs. Yes turn this cat into buffer as other take the damage role. And of Course who doesn't like AoE Auto Revive
20:10 when you forgot to buff anna defensive stats up and she died to physical attack..... But I don't understand about your setup.... The Black Widow can curse foes, so why did you give anna cursed charm ( maybe to increase the chance ??? ). And at wave 6 you gave her the departed, but yeah all the enemies are IMMUNE to doom and dead, angel wing might be better
Yeah, I had so much trouble too. In the end I farmed at some dragon bones, but in the end... LIKE, SERIOUSLY, Every of his attacks just instawrecks one in your party if you are lucky, 2 if the mobs surrounding attack one player two times, and all if the boss does his beam
Evasion can be good here if you buff it in the breather waves. It may also be worth a shot to cast Gaia Bloom on both forms (gives Tired status) and give Anna the Black Widow (gives Curse status to targets) against the Creator, and either the Fenrir's Jaw+Peace sticker or the Angel Wing (the latter bow and the Peace Sticker both give Weaken status) against the Destroyer. Matt should have the Devil's Sunrise+Peace Sticker against the Creator and Heaven's Gate (or maybe Rune Blade? Maybe if you need the MP)+Cursed Charm (gives Curse status like Black Widow). Long story short, have dark attacks against the Creator, holy against the Destroyer, and inflict status ailments to pile on debuffs.
In the flash version of this game, beating it at level 32 is realisitc. But the steam version has a stronger Godcat. The reason is that the steam version has some really good armor you get from Battle Mountain.
I played the game myself a long time ago and got all the way to godcat but I couldn't beat it so I had no idea what the ending was. that was amazing! also yes I was so dumb when it came to strategy I struggled doing anything on the easiest mode.
What speedhack did you use? I was thinking of trying it out myself because of the lag caused partly by a slower computer and partly by what I believe is the following technical fault on the dev's part: status icons not getting deleted correctly, leading to *thousands* of invisible status icons sticking on the map by endgame!
Which process did you plug CE into (if not EBF4 itself), what screen was the game on when you enabled it, and what CE version did you use? I asked the first question because I tried the speedhack on Cheat Engine 6.5.1 and it crashed the game every time I tried it. Also of note is that I tried it on a PC with an old operating system (Windows XP). I may be out of ideas if a problem or lead thereof isn't in here!
Just because one had 7 waves and other had 2, doesn't make it harder though. Dark godcat was laughingly weak, meanwhile Light version did most of the work but was easily circumvented. Cosmic Gigalith would body these two at the same time alone, let alone the devourer.

Even if, I did it as a relatively lower level cause some attacks would (almost) oneshot me and I had to keep rolling out more coffee. and heals, of course.

ewg bfbfbf play the game three time, here this is my 3rd playthrough i was level 47 just all boss also that golden dragon close to the last boss you get good exp point there
Zombie Hydra is still better, one of my files has I believe 76h on it and is lvl 55, but I mainly just do story, if I did Zombie Hydra for one day straight, I'd probably be lvl 60 already. But then again, eventually (like me, I used cheat engine to get 9999 ham, donut etc) you will one-shot Godcat pre-endboss form, and then you know you've leveled up enough and it's pretty much the end.

It's easy on steam lmao, with simple cheat engine, I just duplicated all consumables (sushi, ham etc ) to 9999, now all 4 of my heroes got all stats between 1-2k xD hella fun.

You just had to keep yourself alive, it attacks once, kills 1x per turn (obviously when you start) so you can just revive and stall out till round 2.
I actually once hit it with bamboo once.

of course it's hp was still around 100% after that.

So many times when I tried to beat this boss, I forgot to save after I got everyone equipped so when I died I had to do it all over again

Before the Battle Mountain update, Godcat was possible on Epic @ level 32, but a 1-level increase "actually makes a big difference".
