Mine has 4 wheels, 2 in front and 2 in rear. One of the rear wheels is seized up. I cant get it off. Do I need to remove the rear panel and remove the shaft and wheel together?

Are you sure you want to put oil on the rollers? Oil is a lint and dust collector. Once the lint and dust get mixed in with the oil it becomes hard and sticky and may cause the rollers to seize up on the shaft. Adding flammable fluids to a high-heat appliance could be dangerous. If you're changing the roller you should also change the shaft. Not changing the shaft is like putting new break pads on an old rotor.
