How much clear can it be a sign do not touch the horse, people like this just feel they can do anything! And why can’t people wait instead of jumping in front of someone taking a picture. It amazes me how people act no manners or respect!

The truth is the guard has been security for the Kings and Queens of Great Britain for hundreds of years, they aren’t there for amusement purposes. But in modern times people are disconnected from that so the King’s guard is amusement.

@@waltrautreinke2099 Das gleiche hab ich auch schon mal gedacht.Die Touristen benehmen sich sehr respektlos ,in einem Video,sah ich mal ein junges Mädchen die dem Pferd immer wieder über den Nüstern schlug,weil das Pferd sie anstupste, sie stand viel zu nah und das Pferd signalisierte ,das es nicht will,auch das die Leute immer wieder an den Zügeln fassten, mittlerweile stand dann auf den Schildern ,nicht die Zügel anfassen,aber jetzt finde ich es besser ,das auf den Schildern steht ,Pferde nicht berühren,endlich .So ist es besser.Wenn sie ein Pferd streicheln wollen,sollen sie zu einem Pferdehof gehen.

evert horse and guard are different , some guard will let children near if the horse is in a good mood ,this is why some restrictions are lifted , it is not the fault of horse or guard as there is plenty of warning , and great respect from me to the guards and police

They are Army and these 2 Regiments take it in turns to do Ceremonial duties,the Life Guards( red tunics) Blues & Royals ( navy blue tunics),their real job is driving small Tanks and Recon' vehicles,in conflict's they are the first out, looking and locating where the enemy is,these Regiments lost God knows how meany in both WW'S, KOREA, NTH IRLAND,GULF WAR,and AFGHANISTAN, so please show them some respect ❤

These guards feed, groom, muck out and excersise the horses. They are with them most of most days. Why shouldnt they be allowed to fuss them when they go near?
I thought the no touching the horse was a good thing but I think the horse misses the pats and interaction and the odd treat. Can it not be at the guards discretion who may pat the horse. This horse looks so sad. What they need to clamp down on is when groups of people crowd around the entrance of the box. Lots of little children look so disappointed when they are told not to touch the horse. Maybe a queue system could be tried over the winter. instead or something else.
😂now you can't be that dumb it's mental to be old fashioned it's the historical uniform only used for this type of thing and they are only out there for periods of time the men and horses are changed throughout the day

the horses are probably familiar with all the guards or the uniforms. the guard and other handlers are safe to the horses.
