Getting into my own cross and planche training arc again following this overuse injury in both distal bicep tendons. Love seeing all of these athletes recently also overcoming challenging times.
Super strong man ...i am so happy for you and what you have achieved ...and remember there are a few people thst can VG in this world!! 5:50 when you cringe with your past self it shows that you have progressed and overcome difficulties and thats a good sign ...you are becoming stronger and stronger
I also started training for van gelder just a month ago. My maltese strength on pbars fluctuates a lot (probably because I didn't train the maltese correctly when I started). But anyway, because I haven't trained anything on rings before, going from maltese to back lever was rly hard for me, like I cannot control my arms when I descend at all. I'm currently following scarxlus' tutorial on van gelder, starting frm australian van gelder, hoping to at least do a maltese to planche without bands by the time I get comfortable with the australian van gelder. Ps: mild injury to right shoulder cuff last van gelder training, so I'm currently stopping anything abt van gelder for a week, and hoping to hop back into it stronger than before.
damn this is so dope! i've started training seriously for about 2 months, and so far I got 5-10lb band on the ADV Tuck for 3x15s and i can get some FL pulls no hold yet!
THERE WAS A MOMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF COMBAT WHERE YOU ACTUALLY SAD YOU GIVE UP SURRENDER IS A OUTCOME FAR WORSE THEN DEFEAT, i WONT TOLERATE THAT KINDA WEAK BEHAVIOR FROM A SAIYAN. ALWAYS USE THIS WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP.
The van gelder arc has to be one of my favorites but those injury fillers were kind of annoying
Hahahahhahaha, same here!!!! Thanks for watching man 🙏

Great vid Kage!
imo the exercise where you bounce is more effective done on a bosu ball (but yeah not everyone has a bosu ball at home)
Thanks and yeah, that sounds OP
1:54 for me, that's Albert Azarian and Lachlan Walker with Azarian to Cross. Hoping to achieve it in the next 2 years
Epic! And you’ll get it before that 💪
Grinding planche at super adv for now and learning touch fl for now having fun with combos on adv tuck
Noob me happy after unlocking onearm pullups and fingertips straddle pl. While barkage expresses the same feeling in a different level
Keep training hard boss xD
Yo bro, how much can you military press? I heard that military pressing your bodyweight correlates directly to planche. Sick Video btw.
I don’t know because I really don’t train it, but I did it my bodyweight a couple months ago. Thanks for watching 🙏
Thank you for your response bro
11 months later ... Hello I'm training for OAP!
