The van gelder arc has to be one of my favorites but those injury fillers were kind of annoying

Getting into my own cross and planche training arc again following this overuse injury in both distal bicep tendons. Love seeing all of these athletes recently also overcoming challenging times.

I also started training for van gelder just a month ago. My maltese strength on pbars fluctuates a lot (probably because I didn't train the maltese correctly when I started). But anyway, because I haven't trained anything on rings before, going from maltese to back lever was rly hard for me, like I cannot control my arms when I descend at all. I'm currently following scarxlus' tutorial on van gelder, starting frm australian van gelder, hoping to at least do a maltese to planche without bands by the time I get comfortable with the australian van gelder. Ps: mild injury to right shoulder cuff last van gelder training, so I'm currently stopping anything abt van gelder for a week, and hoping to hop back into it stronger than before.
