they still are! people just make assumptions due to damien being in less content since his vo work has gotten busier, but they just recently did the smosh podcast together and discussed how they've been friends for almost 13 years now :) the episode is really good, they read their old so random scripts in it. they also were in reading reddit stories together twice lately and you can tell they're super comfortable with one another as always.
