Man this brings me back to good old person plane spotting times. tbh the planes have gotten much smaller obviously only 1 carrier flys the 747 here excluding freighters which is Lufthansa.
Far more space than 12 meters. They are just such big machines that they look like they are much lower. When they fly over the gas station they are still over 100 feet in the air.
