    I have a back injury & need to lose weight. I can't walk very far. What would you recommend for people like me who are not able bodied?

      Hi losing any weight comes down to a calorie deficit, meaning you have to burn more than you consume. In your case I’d concentrate on a low calorie healthy diet and eat little and often with plenty of water. If you can walk only very short distances then do little and often. There’s no need for extremes with exercise or diet. Little and often works over time with a healthy diet. Small meals and often will speed up your metabolism.
