Most guitar build videos in RUclips these days are two humbuckers pickup config & i was getting tired of watching those videos. Occasionally, i get to watch my favourite guitar style (like this video), which is the Strat body style & HSS pickups config.... Awesome video!
Great build, guitar looks and sounds beautiful. Also, really like your threaded rod clamps for attaching the fretboard...so much neater than rows of quick or F clamps and such a simple idea too. Can't believe I haven't seen it before - off to the workshop to ”borrow" the idea 😆. Thank you.
Its a very nice build, nice design choice to contrast the natural oak with black hardware/details. It sounds very clear, and would you say that it has a bit natural compression because of the hardness/stiffness of the wood? I am so amazed by your build because I am currently building also a guitar full with white oak, with addition of bog oak for fretboard ...hope it sounds good as yours does! Cheers!
Thanks! Maybe you're right. I feel it is very responsive og have a great sustain. And the HSS pickup config gives it a lot of variations. Have a great build!
Thanks! It is a little bit on the heavy side. The body it self is around 2.7Kg. Like my 76`Telecaster..... But i thought about maybe making the next one a little bit hollow before i glue the top and back together.....
Amazing video! Almost therapeutic to watch the guitar slowly take shape + your playing + tone! ❤ Beautiful instrument! 🙌🙏
Thank you❤️
Absolute belter mate. Great sound great build.

I agree HSS is a great pickup config👍
Incredible build and watching was pure meditation for me. Thanks. 👍
Nice build and well filmed vid. 👍
Thanks!

Thank you and have a happy build! :)
Sounds great!
Very nice!
i love using oak
Yes! :)
Beautiful build and the cleans are so rich clean crisp and still depth to it. Why is oak not as common for guitars?
Thx!

THE BEST WORK GUITAR BRAZIL CRAZY GUITAR THE AMERICA
Beatiful build! I'd like to make one of my own - can you please share the CNC files?
Thank you. I'll see what i can do. Is GCode good enough?
@@AndersWestfall Would you be able to share the CAD file? That would be more convenient. If you cannot, then GCode is okay. Thank you!
Just out of curiosity how heavy is it? I'd imagine on the heavy side for a Strat with it being oak. It has a lovely sound.
Thanks!

Great playing! How much does the guitar weight?
Thank you!
It is a little bit heavy, but not too much. The body alone was 2,6 Kg.
Nice, but I'd wager that guitar would give a '70's L.P. Custom a run for it's money in the weight department.
The body is 2.7Kg. Yes, a bit heavy😊
Lovely work. Maybe spell check the thumbnail?
Thanks! 😂👍
The video would have been 10×'s better if you Narrated it.
Ok😜
"Is it handmade with a CNC???" Maybe, but it is not handcrafted.
Did you not watch all the bits done by hand
This is a small channel so I'll leave feedback: would like to hear you talk over the footage, instead of music.
If he was babbling on, i don't think I would have sat through the whole thing. The video does the talking.
Thank you for the feedback, but i will let the music and video do the talking.😊
😜
Would of been better without the playing in the background. Had to watch it muted.
Ok😜
