Dumpster Diving "Electric Cart found in trash"

I found Electric Cart in trash while i dumpster diving in Florida, i think it is supermarket cart or kind of, what you guys think?

I agree I dumpster dive to donate to food banks or charity only and I can not believe how many good items that I find. I actually get mad at Corpporate America for their wastes. I gather and go to the food bank at least once a week
