I lost my grandfather and grandmother from a stroke. Stoke is dangerous because it's a silent killer. You have to keep your blood pressure normal and stay away from to much salty food and need to exercise
It don’t always work. I’ve known someone who died that took great care of their body. In the end we all die

I had a stroke in 2023 at the age of 53 I know how it feels I’m doing everything I can to get back on my foot man it’s very painful mentally being a man and when you are use to taking care of everybody and now you need help it’s rough prays to his family I know for a fact that they need them

@@carlosphillips3One thing you can do is start taking Vitamin K2(for arteriosclerosis). Because it stops calcium deposits from building up in your arteries. In which these deposits narrow the pathway for blood to flow. Furthermore these deposits could break off into the artery that can cause a blood clot, and lead to a heart attack.
Also baby aspirin taken every so many days might be a good habit because it's thinning the blood. Which makes the blood flow better.
But anyway the same things I mentioned that help against a heart attack will also help against a stroke. Because a clot in your blood vessels(connected to your brain) can cause a stroke from a lack of Oxygen. Which is identical to how some heart attacks occur.

It's sad that so many young people are dying. As you said, health is wealth. As we age and grow older, we have to make health a priority. That includes veggies, fruits, juicing, exercise, and eating little meat. Not too much red meat like beef and pork. Water is definitely number one. People like Irv have to understand that what you consume in your body in younger years is not ok for older years. It may not affect you when young in teens, 20s and 30s. But when you reach mid-30s to 40s, then it will have a negative effect on you. Prayers to Irv and his family. Hopefully this young man will pull through.

Prayers up! Don't know him personally, but I enjoyed a reality show he was on years ago. He seemed pretty down to earth. I have a co-worker who's brother is going through the same diagnosis. He's now in a nursing home! . . . As far as health is concerned, I agree with Willie D but, you can take supreme care of yourself work or not, no stress & 1 little thing malfunctions in the body & it's a wrap. Nothing is guaranteed. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Im currently eating one meal every 3 days as taught to us by The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and i feel very good. But i started with 2 meals a day theen 1 then one meal every other day, then every 2 days and now one meal every 3 days.
Keep up the good work.
This type of diet while good in short bursts or at intervals isn't good for the body in the long haul..
Especially if you're an active person.
A meal in three days is starving the body of valuable nutrients..
