Problem however is the affordability. 400 dollar for a unknown brand? ouch.... That movement can be found in Seagull as well for 250. Not this watch design which,i agree, looks great. Similar to the Tudor BB Chrono
Yeah if you actually watch the video he show HVD’s website @2:33. The company themselves wrote 11.5mm + 2mm crystal, which is 13.5mm. I didn’t think I needed to show the math lol but there it is. Also, if you actually go to HVD’s website right now, it says 12mm + 2mm crystal, which is 14mm… 14mm≠15mm and 1mm makes a big difference with watch thickness.
Looks great, hefty price though. And yes i dont mind chronographs having low WR but if you call it a spectre DIVER, then it should have had at least 100m. With 50m the name is just illogical. That awesome movement can be found and seen through casebacks from Seagull which are 150 dollar cheaper then the early ird price. And 150 dollar for a different design dial and case is a lot. But i have to admit, the design is very nice
100m would be nice. Price may be higher then other watches with this caliber but lets not forget they will be regulating it 2 times which should be factored in the cost.
Great looking Watch with a pretty good price, but since I assume you’re an American, shouldn’t you just tell everyone your wrist size in inches and explain that it has an acrylic crystal because those terms that you used you’d have to look up after watching your video since we’re not experts on watch terms
You would assume wrong. Americans use the imperial system which is INCHES. I put that up on screen. I use the international metric system as I am Canadian. The rest of the world uses metric as well. But yes sorry about the use of hesalite I thought I called in acrylic once during the video. maybe it got edited out?
thanks. So every wrist shot I do in the top right or top left corner the size is there in inches 6.7Inch. maybe its easy to miss. But just a reminder for next time.
499 seems a bit rich for a 30 dollar movement and plexi/mineral crystals. Can get a better finished San Martin with sapphire and the same movement for like 200
I need a chronograph! And a affordable watch! I LOVE the look of this. This is perfect for me. Im same sized wrist like you

Love the design but the advertised (13.5mm) vs the real (15mm) height different is kinda crazy
If you read closely, I'm sure it says "without the crystal" somewhere on the fine text 😂

Great looking piece!
I think so too!
Handwound👌
It has a passing resemblance to my Tudor BB Panda Chrono.
Thought exactly the same
Sadly, this kickstart campaign got canceled. Cool watch though, and I liked the 12 hour bezel.
Oh man, I was caught off guard-I assumed it would do well, but the watch market is really struggling right now.
😍😍😍

This seems like it's ripping off the Lorier Gemini right down to the blue tipped chrono hand.
