57 grand isn't bad considering this is a show vehicle. I mean you could buy a brand new 4runner TRD Pro for around 55 but it wouldn't be this badass. It also wouldn't be this easy to work on. Or be an absolute legend. And it also wouldn't get stares or compliments like this BEAST would.
I have a 94 with 190 k miles' real soccer mom car all original from Utah almost rust free . I'm in NYC now. I dont drive it much . Only for camping and road trips. I paid no where near 30k for it. Trust me most people took great care of a truck that cost 50k in the mid nineties . They aren't all rust buckets. They are generally washed weekly and garage stored.Not all great car are located in Cali. I certainly could never justify spending 50k more for a truck that does the same things. Also what's with the Ohio plates, insurance ??

Great question.. How many more miles... If you know the 80 series, it was over engineered and built. The engine is made to be overhauled 3 times. If you get 500k on the first round, rebuild, then 400k on the 1st rebuild, and 400 on the 3rd and forth, then you are looking at 1.7 million miles. I know you are chuckling, but there is no other vehicle on the planet built to this level. An 80 series is engineered to go 25 years in 3rd world countries and unsaved roads. It is over engineered, where as vehicles today are engineered to fail after 10 years..

Because his Rig was destined for Ohio, it has not been smogged yet. But in California it is seller responsibility, so if the buyer is in CA, it will be smogged.
Where is this, in Folsom or El Dorado Hills? I've got a 93 triple locked, same color and 280k original. Big mistake and shameful to do an engine swap. You want a Dodge or Chevy? Then buy one and sell your Cruiser. 80's are the most bad ass on the planet for sure!
