Thank you for the good advice! When you say « do not feed your corals (unless they are non photosynthetic) ». You mean in any case or just if you have high level of nutrients?
could you please do one on nitrate and phosphate dosing. My nutrients were 0 for a month and my softies shriveled up. I began to dose and had a full blown bacterial bloom with what looked like Alcaligenes Faecalis. It was all over and in my filter media too.
Your salinity range shows the upper end at 1.025 and then 35ppt in parentheses. I believe 35ppt equates to 1.0264. Please let me know if this is not the case.
Marc, I think your recommended nutrient levels should be based on maturity of tank...especially for the first two years. Alkalinity level should have been mentioned as well in regards to how high your nutrients are. Just my two cents on this...
at 0:58, the slide says Phosphates: 0.03 - 0.010 PPM. that range goes from large to small, so I'm wondering. . . . should it have been 0.03 to 0.1?

Thanks, this is where I'm at right now. I have a phosphate tester on the way but I suspect high. nitrates not detectable..

Great advice
Why did you choose the Abyzz IPU version instead of the non-IPU version?

Keep nutrients low, and keep nutrition high
I don’t agree with you about not feeding the corals
Ok
But good 😊 videos
