The advanced function is not for Heng Long TK-7.1 motherboard, the TK-7.1 is working to control the advanced function.
If the function switch is not turned on, there is only simple control of the turret, control of the gun barrel, and movement of the body without any smoke and gyroscope functions.

I have a Heng Long Tiger,these models are definitely expensive but well worth the price,they are not toys,they are true RC that can be repaired fairly easy,and are alot of fun to try different things with
@HappyLittleSquirrel Toys you cant upgrade without a lot of modifications the tank I have only had to change out not modify anything
The turret turns a full 360°? COOL!!! I'm thinking someday I will get the Heng Long Abrams M1A2, the Leopard 2a6, the Merkava Mk 4, etc.

Wished heng long tank came stock with at least 360 turning and recoil turret instead going for aftermarket and/or changing the controller etc

主要是因為7.1主板的砲塔旋轉不支援用舵機才讓人覺得可惜

@@louislin2879 7.1主板只是原始炮塔控制不支援伺服馬達
但不代表不使用伺服馬達就無法做到雙穩
當然以控制精度來說，有刷馬達還是不如伺服馬達
我並沒有改造主板的任何功能
單純改變用法而已，運用其他零件搭配主板訊號進行控制，我功能功能改的很複雜
除了
尤其是雙穩部分，水平方向以垂直方向是獨立的可以開閉
因為沒有對主板與遙控器改造
改完後遙控器操作依然維持原樣
未來有時間還會再把周視鏡旋轉的功能補完
目前只是半成品而已

其實淘寶早就有單賣垂直穩定器很便宜不到40 rmb,就是限制只能有舵機系統才能安裝,實際上坦克我早期改得很複雜,在將近20年前就買了第一批的香港"35RC坦克"雙穩聲組來改TAMIYA的豹1A4,到現在還在呢
後來我發現遙控坦克上有垂穩是比較實際的,因為開雙穩在操駕時有時感覺比較雞肋點,我看你有個特點跟我一樣,就是喜歡自己動手改裝而不買現成的.

Nice tank. What is the Clark Mobo have you used? I know that the TK 7.1 is not able to do engine revving. Also, any hints for the engine smoke rpm generator?
I used remote switches, timers and relays to connect to the TK7.1.

A couple of questions.
1. Why does the gun fire if you have the firing simulation system mounted on the turret (series of short cylinders)?
2. I see it now (finally) has 360 degree traverse - is that via a slip ring (limitless) or do you need to count the number of "lefts" and "rights" so you don't twist all the internal cabling?
3. Is that some sort of removable tape covering the turret optics (sights, etc.)?

1. The tank has been modeled with the training system (the rack of smoke grenades beside the gun). I was wondering why they model the gun firing when in training the grenades would go off instead.
2. When you say "you use a slip ring" is it supplied with the kit, or did you need to buy a 3rd party item?
3. There are little squares of paper/tape covering the sights. I was wondering if there was glass under that or if the blue squares all you get?

Most people think that TK-7.1 cannot do it even players in the country where the country of production think so and spend high prices to replace the motherboard and peripheral parts.

I didn't use any glue, just put it on.
