Thanks so much Anne. I went to see a specialist for Meniere’s today after having a vertigo attack in January. Miriam referred me to your support group. Thankyou for sharing your story. I’m feeling more hopeful after seeing my specialist and listening to you. Great tips! Thankyou 🙏

Hi, lm having a vertigo attack five days in , have got tablets from doctor hope they help. Doctor advised to see ENT but a year and a half waiting list will probably have to go privately as can't live like this feel like it's ruining my life. I've suffered with this since my twenties lm now in my sixty four, l have had ear drain and grommets put in several sinus wash outs been to specialist who showed me head movements to do to help with dizziness, just want to feel normal again this is the longest time the dizziness has lasted four usually lasts a few days feeling so sick.Sorry for moaning but it rearly is debilitating.

My name is Peter, 64, 9 years since diagnosis (both sides) 4 surgeries, (endolymphatic sac enhancement) both side's, with revision surgeries after that. Now 18 months later, my symptoms seem to be progressing rapidly. I have no one to chat with (can't hear no more)
Would love to share my experience and learn yours as well.
