Excellent information! I see you have an Orthodox icon of Christ. May God grant you many years. ;) I've been considering this business for a few years but haven't had a need to make the jump until now. I think I prefer to start the way you did.

Thank you. I am hoping to be aligned with Prime Medical soon. Prime Medical is the best Training Center I have come across, I am happy I found your website.

That's really an honor to hear. We love the impact our instructors make in their communities.

Medical practices are changing and advancing expeditiously. Do you see the practice of in person classes changing in the future? Possibly just online, or even remote? Robots? What are your thoughts?

I would love to align with you guys. Im an ICU nurse for 14 years. I’ve filled out the form on your website a while ago but no one reached out to me yet.

    Hi
Great video, we have a CPR business 3yrs old with revenue just under 300k, what's the quickest way to grow it to a 1 million dollar, we currently teach about 200 to 300 people per month with average price per customer a dollars.

Hey Summer, congratulations! That's a loaded question. There are ways of growing to 1mil in revenue, however, not something that can be answered here. Feel free to reach out to us at affiliates@primemedicaltraining.com and someone will be happy to set a time to talk.

I thought the student instructor ratio is 6:1 with 2 manikins. 2 instructors can teach 12 students in one class. AHA

How big of an office space did you rent starting out? I’m looking at maybe 300sf.

That's a little too small. You can barely get by with 500, but preferably start at 750.

We'd recommend something no less than 500 square feet but preferably larger. Ideally you want a space that you can grow in. One problem we see is that instructors will get a lease on a space too small and it keeps them from being able to hold larger classes and grow.

Curious to know your reasons for why if you were starting over you would start out with rental space for an office and classroom?

In business, it's best practice to go all in. I think you're losing time and money by taking the conservative route.

We recommend office spaces because it is important to be professional and teaching out of your home is 'frowned upon' but could also be dangerous. If you are unable to rent an office space we suggest looking for public places that do day rentals such as hotel conference rooms, churches, or gyms. I hope that answers your question!

Do you have a business model template?

Not on paper but we do help instructors who are aligned with us to develop one.
