Better keep ahold of it. If manufacturers win the Right to Repair battle they might force you to take it in just to change blades or it won't run. Check out Right to Repair if you don't believe me. An old tractor is worth a ton right now just because it can be repaired by the farmer without a stupid code.
Another mower I'd like to see you test on this type of cutting is the Altoz TRX 766i. I've loved using one of these (have rented one a few times)... bush hog style blades, connected to a disc rather than onto the shaft so that when you hit something it keeps going. 66" wide deck with three sets of blades. The mower is on a track instead of wheels so it is stable on sidehills and mows through swamps. Would love to see you test and demo one of those.

Hello Stan., The Toro looks like a goog mower. Here in Michigan we call those Burdock bushes or just Burdocks. Love the video's keep up the good work and god bless and stay safe.
I have always had great experience with Kohler engines. Although most of my experience was with the older larger displacement flat head engines. K241's all the way to a monster k582,and one 25 hp magnum pro v-twin.
I would love to see those blades after all that. I'm sure their shot, but it would be interesting to see you take them off and show us just how bad or not so bad they are?
Been running Exmark with kohler for 20 years and I’ve tried them all but exmark and kohler take the #1 for productivity, efficiency, reliability ! 💪🏽👍🏼💯 love you channel and all the videos keep um comin !!🤘🏽
the damage will show up later when the mower deck crack open from those unbalenced blades the viberation will flex the metal at some freq, till iit cracks usually start at grass chute that narrow piece of metal is the weakest part of the deck -----need to balence the blades often depending on how much you use it
Here’s something interesting: So back when I worked in OPE professionally, there was one particular time in the mid to late 2000s that I tore down a LOT of Kohler CS12T 12/12.75/13 hp horizontal engines that were mounted to fradan ground blowers. Something I always thought was pretty cool was that the connecting rod on those engines was stamped with surprisingly enough; Yamaha. Not sure what other kohlers were made by Yamaha, but that was a fantastic engine and although I’m definitely a Kawasaki fan, particularly of the FH500V motor, I wouldn’t discount some kohler motors too. Some were junk, and I know nothing of the Chinese Home Depot trim mower engines, but back 10-15 years or so, kohler seemed to be on the right track.
It's a shame when police that actually serve thier community are lost in the line of duty. Their a dying breed replaced with military washouts on a power trip.
it's weird how the mowing industry doesn't like the Kohler motors but in the cleaning industry with our industrial machines, Kohler is the best and sought after.
Honestly not the worst I've seen to mow, I use to work for a water reclamation district in lower cook county Illinois as property maintenance. Those properties looks to be about the best I've had to mow through. Always fun chunking threw bricks, bottles, Jean's, tarps, you name it. Looks like a great machine, it preformed wonderfully threw the mess of brush.
Nice mower. Had two kohler motors love them both. Wanted one on my Gravely but didn't have one in stock. Going to tell my friend about this mower. He loves toro mowers.
them damn kohlers are beast, I got an old ex mark with a brand new kohler big block, if you dont know the big block kohler is a 1000cc 40 horse motor with a 2 barrel carb and a big ass cam from factory, they sound like beast too.
I was literally sitting in a bar when 3 off duty police officers got up and went to the scene of the crime when Patrick was killed remember that and honor that man's service!.I back in 79 started working at Toro, worked there 4 years at the plant in windom,my grandma even worked there at the time.tiro is a great machine, but i have the cub cadet with a snowblower attachment .good video!

Great mower. Love the sound of that Kohler! Would like to see how the air cleaner handled all those leaves and junk. Great to see you honor your friend.
Same here , an actual foto of the before and after . I’ve used many brands of commercial mowers . Well John Deere by far had the best capability to mow under wet grass and slopes . I’ve bought a 60” Great Dane and it’s got the Koehler engine and I have a Bobcat 50” that mows pretty good but is not as maneuverable or as fast as GD or JD . Plus he intentionally mowed low where everyone would start at max height .
I didn't realize you were from Minnesota when I first came across the video but as soon as the strip mall came into view, I knew exactly where you were recording. I live in Shakopee. But it's really cool man especially the way this whole political situation has I have noticed shut me off from the thing's I love like watching your daily uploads!! I'm like screw that I don't count what's gonna happen is gonna happen. Just watching this video the first 7:30 mins of it just made me realize how damn cool and unselfish of a person you are. Do you care about you're success absolutely but you are the type of person that I see that anything's possible to not give up as I have. So just want to say thank you man for all that you have given me for 🆓 just by being able to follow you on you're own path. You got me thinking then you started talking about that officer and it just shows allot about someone. Thank you for sharing the video I really enjoy all your footage cheers. From Fernando Herrera Richmond ca.
used to mow a old lady's lawn in the middle of the country in Arkansas. Her husband died and he had some mower, can't remember exactly what it was but it was the run of the mill 2010's rider hydrostat with what I think was 23H kohler, that thing was no joke, she paid me 80$ every two weeks to keep the acre to her house mowed and weed eated, and a 1 mile double strip on each side her driveway. The driveway portion was always close to a foot when I came after two weeks, and I'd run full, speed at 2/34 inch in every time with no hesitation from her mower. Sweetest deal of my teenage years, she had a guy that came and serviced it, she offered her own gas, and everything, and let me fish her 1 acre crappie pond and and three acre catfish pond anytime I wanted! I hated taking her money, but she always insisted that her husband would had loved to see a man mowing his lawn that loved fishing as much as him. Good times, and the moment when I realized kohler didn't just make sinks, they made damn good engines.

Better keep ahold of it. If manufacturers win the Right to Repair battle they might force you to take it in just to change blades or it won't run.
Check out Right to Repair if you don't believe me. An old tractor is worth a ton right now just because it can be repaired by the farmer without a stupid code.
I love mowing where none has mowed before. (Trek reference) I've broken many blade shaft mandrels.
Johnny law caught you lol, hey Stan, we are getting a forecasted nor’easter to come up the coast, I’m prayin it’s cold and enough moisture comes down so I can go out and finally use my snowblower, plus who doesn’t want a wicked snowstorm on a Saturday, snow and the weekend just go together am I right
Nice...keep me posted!
@@Dirtmonkey will do good sir, I also want to ask, if you had to choose, what is your favorite dewalt tool
Where are you at in New England? I’m in northern NH and were supposed to get 4-8 inches
You perked my ears when you said doing the back forty and the lawn. Looks like it would be fun!
My Daddy taught me growing up, to NEVER leave a job unfinished.... Now, i suggest you get your butt back on that Toro and take care of some "Unfinished" business before my Dad finds out. Haha... great video.
Wow great video!! The Titan is the Boss!! 👍
Love my Police officers too!! ❤️
Stanley i got to be honest you did a great job putting that mower to the test however you boy may have done it better with the gravely on the farm!
This mower was a definite surprise- it just kept going.
Hello Stan.,
The Toro looks like a goog mower.
That Toro is Awesome . Great Video , Keep'em coming .
Thanks! Will do!
I would love to see those blades after all that. I'm sure their shot, but it would be interesting to see you take them off and show us just how bad or not so bad they are?
go to 13:50

What a beast!!! Those blades need a grinder 😂! I love your videos! Nice job!!!!
That guy cutting the lawn sure vandalized the heck out of brush.
Been running Exmark with kohler for 20 years and I’ve tried them all but exmark and kohler take the #1 for productivity, efficiency, reliability ! 💪🏽👍🏼💯 love you channel and all the videos keep um comin !!🤘🏽
the damage will show up later when the mower deck crack open from those unbalenced blades the viberation will flex the metal at some freq, till iit cracks usually start at grass chute that narrow piece of metal is the weakest part of the deck -----need to balence the blades often depending on how much you use it
I've had Kohler engines and never been disappointed with them.
They're tough no nonsense workhorses.
Great on ease of maintenance.
Sounds consistent, no gettin bogged down. Would have been nice to see the blades
Here’s something interesting:
So back when I worked in OPE professionally, there was one particular time in the mid to late 2000s that I tore down a LOT of Kohler CS12T 12/12.75/13 hp horizontal engines that were mounted to fradan ground blowers.
We both smiled when we realized this was you, Stan. Good to see you! Dawn and Chuck from church. Loved the video...
it's weird how the mowing industry doesn't like the Kohler motors but in the cleaning industry with our industrial machines, Kohler is the best and sought after.
The kohlers are good until they hit 250hr and the start to blow smoke and they don't work anymore.
I remember that guy and that house. It looks a lot better now. Thanks for mowing that.
Haha no prob 👍
The tires on that mower are similar to the BADBOY’s Reaper tires. God Bless all officers and firefighters
God Bless them all!!!
Honestly not the worst I've seen to mow, I use to work for a water reclamation district in lower cook county Illinois as property maintenance. Those properties looks to be about the best I've had to mow through.
Always fun chunking threw bricks, bottles, Jean's, tarps, you name it.
Looks like a great machine, it preformed wonderfully threw the mess of brush.
i would have loved to have seen what was left of the blades! although they didn't sound so awful
Was Definitely tough on em
still seemed to be balanced at the end must have some beefy blades
Nice mower. Had two kohler motors love them both. Wanted one on my Gravely but didn't have one in stock. Going to tell my friend about this mower. He loves toro mowers.
I run two scags with kohler efi and they are beasts. Looks like a decent mower for the money. Back the blue!
Yep!!!
them damn kohlers are beast, I got an old ex mark with a brand new kohler big block, if you dont know the big block kohler is a 1000cc 40 horse motor with a 2 barrel carb and a big ass cam from factory, they sound like beast too.
i have a cheetah with the kohler efi, it feels like its way under powered, completely useless with the bagger on it
I was literally sitting in a bar when 3 off duty police officers got up and went to the scene of the crime when Patrick was killed remember that and honor that man's service!.I back in 79 started working at Toro, worked there 4 years at the plant in windom,my grandma even worked there at the time.tiro is a great machine, but i have the cub cadet with a snowblower attachment .good video!
Pro tip- Mow leaves before you mow concrete :)
Good tip!
Awesome video great demonstration really rough terrain love to see those blades excellent job
Thank you!
So, the answer to your balance question is "Yes. It's a little more top-heavy but that's just between you and I."
All these years never knew you were a local guy! Come finish my paver patio😂.
I run a 26HP Kohler fuel injected on my Walker H27I. Love it just sips the fuel.
There used to be a community garden there...I’m not surprised the neighbors called the cops...they probably thought it was coming back
Great video brother!!✌🏼🇺🇸Danny from Durham Rock Landscaping
Toro makes strong mowers and Kohler makes ultra-durable engines.
Great video Stan I know that was fun doing this I really enjoyed this video 🇺🇲💯
I appreciate it!!!
I would LOVE to see those blades! I seem to find myself getting into a bunch of nasty jobs like that!
You're in! I'll show them on an upcoming video.
Great mower. Love the sound of that Kohler! Would like to see how the air cleaner handled all those leaves and junk. Great to see you honor your friend.
Man would’ve loved to see the blade after all that, anyways I appreciate your videos man.
Used to delivery furniture all over the cities and know HWY 13 well. Bought one of my Suburbans just down the road there.
If the mower can handle these conditions its a keeper.
Wow it’s my old stumping grounds. Used go to that bar and buy smokes at the cigar shop and grab a little some thing from the L store. Crazy. Love ur videos...love the product reviews...especially the commercial drainage install you stopped to mini share that chainsaws.
You should get your hands the ryobi electric ride on mower and the cub cadet one. Id love to hear your thoughts on them. Especially from the perspective of a pro.
Hey-that sounds good! Thanks for your idea's, keep them coming!😉
That's actually a ligit mower!! You talk to so many people where I'm from I worked at Arctic as a loader operator in the winter for 3 year's you were about 4 blocks away from my home when you and the owner's son went testing the plows at there manufacturing company always wanted to meet you!! Everyone at Arctic are amazing people never had the pleasure of meeting his son. But anyways really cool man you seem just like a down right straight forward guy!! It's cool that you do all the things you do. Yet you recognize everyone else's success and bring it to your channel. I started watching you about 4 year's or so ago. Btw I love Kohler's Motors lol. But my big ❓ to you is how come you don't ever do or I guess put yourself anywhere on success has always been my wonder? Yes all the way down to your wife but I guess the real subscriber's genuinely do see how humble of a person you are!! But I'm just being a straight honest person!! Because I wish you could see what you do for the younger than you by about 12 or so year's. Because you and you're videos have made me look at so many things in and from a different standpoint in life. I honestly usted to watch you chant's daily hustle and Dirt Ninja were my first 3 subscribers channels on both my accounts I would watch daily. People pass judgement but hey it don't effect me unless I let it so again thanks Stan for all the knowledge!! Like I have always thought you can't judge a book by its cover it's up to you whether you open the book and read it or not. May not make sense but hope it does!!
That was a good test, I have 60" bad boy mower with 24hp kawasaki on it and it does a good job.
Thanks...good to know!
Hi Amigo I believe it’s a good mower! I like the sound of the engine and the big tires it really convinced me. I have a bob cat 48” with a Kawasaki engine it’s very loud it does the work but working in residential neighborhoods way to loud. Thank you for sharing the video I really enjoy all your footage cheers. From Fernando Herrera Richmond ca.
Idle air cooled engines for a couple of minutes before shut down after hard work, especially in hot weather! Yeah I can tell this is not hot weather.
On full throttle? Or bring throttle down a bit?
The 3M Worktunes have a real bad habit of grabbing my beard hairs too! I feel you there..
I like the Gorillaz "Clint Eastwood" reference
Love that song
used to mow a old lady's lawn in the middle of the country in Arkansas.
Do a video showing the shop and toro techs fixing or servicing the equipment in this video after the test here like in this video film their reactions and comments or questions show the devastation or lack of devastation on the equipment
As in count the WTF's?
I have a Craftsman lawn tractor with a Kohler 21hp V-twin engine. Used it for 18 years, used ethanol fuel and never drained the fuel during the winter months. I still have it and use it as a spray bar platform with the mower deck removed. Still runs like a top using synthetic oil.
