Right? He's very patient however when he needs to he will step up and then do what needs to be done
You knew your license was suspended in September when u got ur 2nd ticket because cops told u in June ur license was suspended and u got a ticket 4 it. I can but not knowing ur license is suspended if u move, change insurance companies and DMV just here's from 1st company u dropped that policy and not that u got new policy after dropping 1st 1. It is kinda hard to say I didn't know I was suspended when this is your second ticket for driving while suspended in 3-4 months.

I have been all over Indiana. The guy said Lagrange which is a small city east of Elkhart where there are a lot of Amish and its really all rural farm area. He can bond out of Michigan he will go directly to whatever county in Indiana that wants him. If he kicked a door in at an apartment in Sturgis MI. that is St. Joe County, but its a felony, and add the driving without a license charges, he is in some trouble. In trouble in 2 states. If and when he gets probation, he will have to tell his officer every time he has to leave the state to go to court in the other state because not leaving the state without permission is always a probation and bond condition.
This judge is so smooth with the obvious “You are being taken into custody!” When a judge talks you listen. It’s like people don’t understand, your freedom is not your call. Now or in the future.
My rule is simple. Don’t be the villain of your life. Keep your mouth shut. Don’t do stupid. Keep your head down and stay humble. Life is hard, don’t make it harder.

This judge is one of the fairest judges I’ve ever watched. He’s lenient when appropriate and strict when required. He also looked ahead and knowing what was coming asked the child be removed. That level of sensitivity should be executed by all judges and law enforcement.
Well it pretty much is. Just like the judge in the brooks case. She was nothing at all special. In fact she sucked.but people acted like she was a god. Wrong.all judges do this stuff.its their job wtf??
He’s often too nice and lets people treat him with such disrespect. Niceness in a judge is a real plus, but the judge also needs sharp teeth to make sure the idiots stay in their place.

I was a Commonwealth’s Attorney (state prosecutor) for over a decade and a defense attorney for almost 20 more. I recently discovered your channel now that I’m retired and have to watch RUclips. I truly enjoy watching your stuff. I only ever practiced in VA, so watching other states and Commonwealths is really interesting. I really appreciate your traffic court cases. I was the DUI expert in my office and used to teach CLE’s on DUI & traffic related felonies. My private practice was around 25-30% of my book, so I truly enjoy your traffic stuff. We used to run the docket for warrants every morning….we would wait till whatever their business was for the day and you would see the bailiffs leading off first as the judge wrapped up the case….. then it was “surprise “ ….. we would also check for family members warrants ect to see who was coming to court with them

Always much respect for Judge Middleton for having children removed. He knows he doesnt want children to witness the arrest . He wants the best interest for the defendent by making sure he doesn't discuss the felony case. I always love TJ's matter of factness in matters and damn Debbie with her sense of humor as he's getting arrested.

Always a good time in 3B. Judge Middleton's approach does calm the situation. When the defendant was talking over the judge, some judges go hard, but Judge Middleton just carries on and the defendant stops talking and it takes the heat out of the situation.

Some people think that they won't come get you across state line for misdemeanors, that is not true. It just depends on the type of warrant, charge, or just factors involved in your particular case. Especially with border states, I live in Norther Illinois, and can be in Wisconsin in 2 or 3 mins since I am only a mile or so away and can be in Iowa in about 30. I have seen a few things lol. I have heard some states and even counties are kinda odd with each other and won't cooperate.

I love the fact that the Judge sent the baby out before they talked about all the bad stuff daddy has been doing.
While Mike may laugh at the accused thanking the prosecutor, I can't count the times when an accused has thanked me, and even asked to shake my hand when being led out in cuffs to served their sentence. Even accused persons deserved to be treated with fairness and respect, and if you do that, they will often thank you for that, if nothing else.
Not a good sign when the judge asks to take the child out. Bravo to him for not letting the child see him getting arrested. ❤
