The Chancellor test is a 1200 metre shuttle run. 20m return, 40m return & 60m return run repeated 5 times without a break. Whilst it is good for building up generic fitness endurance levels in my opinion it is not designed specifically for touch football. I would recommend more compact and explosive drills focused on speed & agility with short and frequent rests. This will train your heart rate to settle back to resting levels more quickly and bringing your focus back. These rests simulate a short but powerful effort on the field before subbing off all in less than 90 seconds. You will make the most of your rest time this way in the box.
Love your content! Are there any drills you set for teaching rucking and offence. And when you train your players, do you put them in a fixed position or does every player have a turn at each position?
Ill see if I can post the way I teach rucking but it's basically just repetition. I would normally have people in fixed positions except for maybe 2 that I would handpick to cover multiple just in case there is an injury. As players develop though you can start giving them some responsibilities in different positions to keep things fresh for them
Is a rooster the same as what i see others calling a 32 peel? (On a 32 peel i still just see 3 dumps for 2 who pops to other 3 and loops) Or am i missing a detail. Thanks for these videos mate
Could you explain 'The Chancellor' test and its effectiveness for touch footy players

You are 100% correct! 32 Peel = Rooster.
