maganda aesthetics, yung mga kulay at minimal ang glossy surface, lalo na ground floor tiles.
kaya lang hindi maganda ground floor layout-hindi ko gusto stairs malapit sa main door, ideally malapit sa kusina dining area at ref. powder room dapat sa ilalim ng hagdan. isang ground floor bedroom dapat. helper's bathroom dapat nasa labas ang pintuan para kahit sino puwede gumamit without entering helper's room.
5:08 dapat naglagay siya awning o polycarbonate roofing dito sa garden for outdoor sala or dining. dapat tinaas din niya yung firewall para matakpan yung firewall ng neighbors. hindi maganda yung mga chosen plants na parang gubat na, hindi bagay sa theme ng bahay na minimalist industrial.
12:50 weird sliding door na puwede mo na masipa o hawakan yung balusters sa harap ng bahay. sana ginawan niya ng maliit na balcony dito for smoking o kung magsasampay ng nilabhan ng may-ari gaya ng underwears na ayaw niya isabay sa laundry.

luh.. pwede kang mag bilad ng damit na puti sa dinning and living room lol. Pero seryoso, hindi ko alam kung Architect ba talaga ang nag design ng bahay na yan. Bakit ka maglalagay ng malaking window na wala naman maayos na view dahil pader ng kapit bahay mo yung makikita mo at yan nga as you can see, tutukan ang araw. Useless din yung "bright room" dahil siguradong kukurtinahan mo yan ng black out curtain dahil majinit jackson yan lalo na sa summer!
same. dapat may tint yung mga glass para may option na di gumamit ng kurtina. parang hindi architect sa layout ng bahay.
