I am not good in English but still when somebody ask me are you comfortable in English. If I want to refuse them i m not good. Then How will I say??

Hey! Hope you are doing well!
If you want to politely refuse and express that you are not comfortable in English and would prefer to communicate in Hindi, you could say:
"I apologize, but I'm not very confident in my English proficiency. Would it be possible for us to continue the conversation in Hindi? I would feel more comfortable expressing myself in my native language."
This way, you acknowledge your limitations in English while politely requesting to switch to Hindi for better communication.
