Tribal tensions high in Libya

Tribal tensions have been running high in Libya since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi.

At least 13 people were killed last week in tribal fighting near the capital, Tripoli and, there's also tension in the Western Mountains where the Mashashya tribe were banished to.
