Diet Plan Every one follow
7:30 - Green tea with apple or any fruit apart from banana.
9:00- Breakfast choose one option
1.Peanut butter sandwich.
2.Fruit and vegetable smoothie.
3.Oats with milk or oats chilla.
4.Vegetable Uttapam.
5. Conflex.
12:00 - nuts like almonds, roasted peanuts, walnut, roasted chickpeas, pistachio with choice of one fruit apart from banana.
2:30- Lunch
Salad, daal, sabji with 2 rotis or 1 roti and small portion of rice.
5:00- 1 scoop of protein shake.
7:30- Dinner
Stir fry salad, daal, sabji, with 1 roti.
9:30 - if feel hungry have a glass of milk.
Please prepare all the meals with less oil....
Avoid having ketchup, mayones or any kind of high calorie sauces.....
